I have been using Premier Heating & Air for over 10 years at least, for maintenance and for various installations. They are a very honest, efficient, professional and friendly company to do business with. Don and Clint are very customer friendly as well as their entire staff. They do they're very best at offering consistent and fair prices. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.

Friendly people but quoted us $800-$1000 for a "remove and reinstall" for some concrete work. Then ended up charging even more than their quote with no explanation for the extra gouge.

They cared enough to call and follow up on quote/invoice discrepancy. Better customer service than most nowadays.

Awesome job fitting me in Christmas Eve to install new HVAC system. These guys were polite, friendly and worked hard to get us up and running before the holidays! Thank you again, Highly recommended!

Premiere is my go-to HVAC company. When I first bought my home and realized I needed service, I started going down the list of companies and quickly realized how much I didn't know about the system and it was frustrating getting conflicting repair recommendations and diagnoses. Most of the companies made it sound like I was in trouble and the fixes will be costly.... Then Premiere came out. My biggest mistake was not calling them first.

They took the time to educate me and go through the issues that were actually going on, and simply fixed it by replacing a couple small parts at a VERY fair price. No upselling, no pressure, just honest work.

In a time where many companies in town are getting bought out by larger groups focused on sales quotas and high-pressure tactics, it was refreshing to find a locally owned family business that values customers and reputation.

I know the whole team are stars but I had the pleasure to work with Don & Trace who saved the day both times. If you want straightforward, fair and real experts, skip the corporate machines and call Premiere first!

One of the best service companies that I have used in a very long time. Their response time and overall customer service skills are top notch. I am now a permanent consumer with much appreciation for fixing my air conditioner.

We were very happy with the quick bid that they provided for the air conditioner back in June (i.e. they didn't come into the house and waste a bunch of our time), as well as the air conditioner itself which worked great through the summer. Then they fixed our humidifier this winter, and since it took longer than expected to get the part, they did so for free, changing the water line and filter, as well.

I have been using Dave for my heating and air needs for about 3 years now. He responds right away and is very professional and dependable. His prices are very reasonable and he goes above and beyond with his honesty! I would definitely recommend him!

Dennis was amazing. I blew my transformer swapping thermostats. I needed it fixed ASAP. Dennis couldn’t get someone out to me so he instead had me send pictures and talked me through the repair myself. Sold me the replacement part and gave all the instructions to fix it. He was a life saver. Will never go anywhere else

This company was great to deal with. Very prompt and courteous with their service. They were able to get out to my home with only a few days notice to repair my AC system during the busiest time of the year. Techs were very helpful, and took the time to explain the problem and offered me a reasonable solution, without trying to upsell me on equipment i didnt need. I definitley recomend them to anyone who needs their heating or cooling equipment serviced or repaired

Dennis is very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He cleaned one of our furnace sensors, and checked out our furnace. His charge for his services was also very reasonable. I recommend him very highly!

Learn from our experience. We hired Dennis to do a small repair. He dropped the new part down our cellar stairs; repeatedly stated that he was not a plumber, even though we hired him for HVAC; refused to send an invoice on the installed part, for warranty coverage, and was generally very difficult to communicate with. He did not turn on the furnace, before leaving, to see that the problem had not been fixed. The house filled with a nauseating smell, and we had to insist he come back to take care of it. He came back, didn’t fix it. Was already paid. Left us with the problem we started with, and lots of excuses. Within 1 hour, hired a different and wonderful HVAC guy, who fixed the issue. Dennis charged us twice the amount of the real deal, and will not answer our request for refund.

Recommend Boise Valley Heating and Air replacement or repair. Owner and technicians were very courteous and professional as well as office staff. If you don’t have a home warranty, call them they are excellent.

We've been having issues with our HVAC system since we moved into this rental a year ago, the landlord sent several HVAC "pros" out with no resolve. Finally, after our toddlers room was 57 degrees the other night, and the thermostat set to 71, we notified the landlord, AGAIN. This time they sent out Boise Vally Hearing and Air...Jared and Ryan showed up and FOUND THE ISSUE. A duct was disconnected, forcing heat into the attic, causing the furnace to overheat and shut off. This trapped all the heat in the attic instead of blowing it into the house. Great find guys and thank you for your diligence! I'd highly recommend Boise Heating and Air for anyone having HVAC issues, these guys are EXPERTS!!

Boise Valley Heating and Air installed a mini split for us in our garage did an excellent job and provided an excellent service throughout answering any questions i had. I’m so glad i can now use my garage as a workspace in the winter and summer months.

Great company, we've used them for years. Jarod was here today 3/24/25 for spring/summer maintenance. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of of my A/C system. We're all set for summer.

Boise heating and air was quick to come out to our home, let us know what was wrong within minutes and efficiently fixed our ac. Very professional and had a great attitude. I would recommend them to anyone needing their ac or heater fixed!

UPDATE:
Having some issues with the mini split, and hosting a party at my house on Sat 8/17/24. Called BVH&A on a Monday morning (8/12/24) to get in their schedule for repair/service, in which the gentleman on the phone (who I woke up at 8:30am) told me I was on the schedule Friday 8/16 between 8a-12p. Friday rolled around, I called their office at 10:30am to verify they were coming - Same gentleman answered the phone, looked and said I wasn’t on their schedule…maybe the owner (Dennis) had scheduled it personally and it wasn’t in their books. (Note - I knew I had talked to him earlier in the week, he was definitely lying to me since he forgot to put me on the schedule). He said he would call Dennis to verify what was going on. Never called back (still hasn’t) and wouldn’t answer the phone for the rest of the day…and it was too late to get anyone else to come out before the weekend.

It’s unfortunate that the original install was so great, and this experience completely negated that work. So many other companies to choose from (Preece!!) and I no longer recommend this place. Good luck with your lying and not taking ownership of things, BVH&A.

My experience with Boise Valley Heating and Air could not have gone better. I would absolutely recommend them for any HVAC needs you might have.

My situation was a ductless mini split install into an external building/shop, and B.V.H&A made financial sense by at least 1/2 the cost of their competitors - big or small. Yes, they were half the price, same service, same warranty.

From the beginning, Dennis was open and honest about pricing, timelines, and warranty. When I asked questions, he was quick with an answer on the smallest details, never making me feel like I asked a dumb question.

I couldn’t be more happy with the install they performed, and I will use them again. As I said earlier, I couldn’t recommend them more, especially if you’re looking for quality work at such a great price.
