I was pretty surprised when I read some of the negative Yelp reviews. I’ve been going to Owyhee Hardware store and have done business with the sheet-metal shop as well as the heating and cooling company, so pretty much all parts of their business. They have always treated me fairly. My most recent experience with them was to install a mini-split AC/Heat pump in my garage. I had several companies come out and bid the job. I was very unimpressed with the sales tactics of the competition. I had Owyhee come out and give me a bid. I ended up with two very professional individuals who came and essentially laid out the entire process, checked for valid siting of the inside and the outside portions of the unit, and verify my electrical panel could handle the load as well as where a cutoff switch could be mounted to code. Additionally, their price for the unit (which was larger than the competition) was lower than Costco! The other competitors were in the same ballpark, but again, for a smaller unit. I could tell that Owyhee had experience with this type of install, which was refreshing, and was impressed how they explained everything in detail, and their reasoning for a larger unit. Their team as well as a licensed electrician came out and installed it in less than a day. They were entirely professional including using floor coverings when they came inside and cleaning up their mess. The unit has exceeded my expectations for both heating and cooling my garage. This alone makes me feel like the money was well spent. I really don’t understand the other negative reviews, but I would recommend any part of their services to any friend of mine. They did a great job for me.

They are a professional, polite, and friendly company from the gal I made the appointment with to the technician who came out to do the work. I appreciated the phone call to keep me informed as to when he would arrive. Jarrett arrived on time, prepared, and was knowledgeable. He explained in detail and answered any questions I had. Jarrett was thorough, personable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend Owyhee Heating and Air. Great company!

I was calling around to get prices for the initial visit. Found someone cheaper and Owyhee WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME! Ridiculous! I would never use them, they are obnoxious like tellamarketers! GO AWAY!

Our air conditioner was leaking water when ever it was running. Charlie was the tech that came to service us. He found the problem right away and fixed it quickly. He was very respectful and did a great job. Charley had a great attitude and friendly.

I called Owyhee to have our water heater flushed, since we recently bought the house and didn’t know if the tank had ever been flushed. Isaiah Mora came to the house and inspected the water heater. He advised me that flushing a 20 year old water heater may backfire and cause additional problems.
Isaiah wrote estimates for replacing the water heater, and for just flushing if we wanted that option.
I chose not to proceed with the flushing and instead will review the options that Isaiah gave me. At no point did I feel any pressure to make a decision on the spot. Isaiah’s professionalism and demeanor was great! Thanks Owyhee!

We had Isaiah Mora replace our garbage disposal after the old one had died. In addition to doing that, he answered some of my other questions that I had about my shower and offered estimates for it which I am definitely considering. The work was very professionally done and am very pleased with the results. ☺️

Evan was amazing. He came out after another company (pink) tried to screw us on the issue without really looking. Evan went directly under the house and found the exact issues he did the repair and our drain hasn't worked this good in the three years we have lived here. Very polite, professional, and cleaned up and didn't even make a mess. I would recommend them 100%. We did have a little issue getting them out here, but that wasn't his fault.

They serviced my HVAC system and told me a motor needed to be replaced. The technician informed me that the unit was still under warranty, so I would only need to pay for the service, which was over $800. I opted for the recurring monthly membership because I was told it would provide a discount on the current service and that I could cancel at any time.

The service has been completed, and I have now attempted to cancel the membership four times. Each time, I was told I would be transferred to the administrative department or that an urgent note would be placed on my account, but nothing has been done. It has been almost a month, and the next renewal date is approaching.

I am concerned about being charged again despite my repeated efforts to cancel.

Premier is a great company that goes the extra mile. I had an appointment for next week for a tuneup but with the forecast of cooler weather we turned on the furnace this morning and next thing we know the fire alarm goes off. Called Premier back and they were able to get someone out today to look at it. Jake came out and got everything in working order in no time. Thank you very much. Highly recommend these folks.

Have been using this company for years. They come out twice a year to do the AC/furnace tuneup and are always very professional and efficient. Very responsive and prompt return of phone calls when contacting them. Highly recommend.

July 2024 I had a need to reach out to them for help on my AC unit, on a weekend. They still are the most amazing people to come out and work on my ac, I have been using them for years. I wouldn't go anywere else. When you find an honset company you stick with them.
They have taken care of my system since 2006. They are amazing, very quick, skilled, thoughtful of your property and your time. I know I have had budget challenges but they have worked with me and having them maintenance my system yearly keeps you on top of anything that might come up. Over all I am super happy with these guys.
