Offered a great price to service my air conditioner. Said they would be here between 2-5 . Great! Past 5 still waiting. Call and find out they're busy and might not show up. Hmm OK, let's move on.

Excellent company to work with! My first impression was how easy it was to book an appointment online. I was also able to get service the very next day! The service team kept in constant contact with me for upfront pricing and scheduling. Brandon the technician showed up promptly on time, used extreme care and cleanliness in my home, and completed the service in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Owhyee!

Charlie came out today to diagnose an A/C issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Charlie was fair and got our problem fixed quickly. We will only call Owyhee Hearing and Air from now on for our HVAC concerns. Highly recommended!

This is for a furnace Tuneup Service. My technician, Talen was just awesome!! He didn't "rush" through the checkup. Did several diagnostic tests, once done he explained and showed me the issues my furnace had, not critical at this moment, but will become an issue down road, best to know now BEFORE a critical breakdown. Very professional, friendly personality. If there were 10 Stars, I would have given without hesitation!

Our tech, Ryan, was super helpful, informative, and kind! Didn't leave us until we had AC again in this heat and helped get us set up for further improvements quickly. Came same day and the company was great at communicating and gave us upfront and straight forward expectations on time.

Also a few days later I had Michelle call and even double check that everything was still going good and reconfirmed our consult time for tomorrow for me!
This company really cares.

Scott was GREAT!! Owyhee heating & A/C he was very thorough told us what he was doing every step of the way. He found things in our heater that the builder left; Screws and chunks of wood. I would diffinitely use him again!

I had a problem with one of my toilets & Isaiah came out and was able to get it fixed!

Marie and I were overly pleased with Jarrett May. First he showed up as scheduled. He was extremely pleasant and very professional. He explained in great detail what he would be doing to service our HVAC equipment. When he was finished he reviewed all that he had done. We could tell that he enjoyed his work and was very efficient. We would more than welcome him to service our HVAC equipment in the future. You're fortunate to have Jarrett employed in your company.

I recently had HVAC service done at my home, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Jacob was the technician who came out, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish.
He arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the right parts with him, and got everything working again without any hassle.
What I appreciated most was Jacob’s honesty— It’s rare to find that level of transparency these days.
Overall, the service was fast, fair-priced, and top quality. I’ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend

Could not be happier with our service today. We started off shaky because my husband sent him away, thinking Scott was from a different company who had also been scheduled for a maintenance appointment today, which we had cancelled earlier. (What are the chances of this happening?) Anyway, we figured it out and asked him to come back and luckily he did. He was very thorough, explained everything very well, and was patient as we unraveled our unusual situation. We look forward to seeing him next week when he will inspect our other property.

Isaiah was very thorough and helpful! He showed up on time and not only explained the problem but what he did to fix it so I understood what I was charged for. 10/10 recommend.

Jerry this young man came the service my HVAC and hot water heater for a tune-up as we get into summertime. I honestly feel like he was part of the family came in very personable very caring going above and beyond with the service. Not only did he vacuum and clean up after himself he was wearing booties as he into my house after I told him it wasn't necessary he worked hard and efficient.

I had a great experience with Owyhee heating and air conditioning, the tech was very knowledgeable. Explained things easily and did a fantastic job. He was quick, complete, and thorough. I will definitely be using them again.

New hvac system and duct cleaning. All went very well. Staff very hard working without breaks. Cleaned up afterward. No complaints.

I recently had a capacitor replaced on my AC unit. The job took no more than 20 minutes, and the part itself is widely available for around $12-30. I was shocked to be charged $477 for this service.

While I understand there are service call fees, markups, and labor costs, this felt extremely excessive for such a basic and quick repair. I expected a fairer price, especially for such a common part and minimal labor. There was no clear breakdown of costs before the work was performed, and I wasn't given the chance to approve the estimate in advance.

This experience has left me feeling taken advantage of, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for more transparent and reasonable service in the future. I hope this company reevaluates their pricing practices—repeat customers come from trust, not sticker shock.

Technician Scott G. was great! He did an efficient and informative evaluation of my air conditioning system and gave some good advice for homeowner level maintenance of my 34 year old system. I highly recommend his service.

Jarrett was very punctual and professional. He explained everything he was doing and did, including before and after pictures.
