We have had other companies do work before and Ryan is the best! He was thorough, he explained everything, and was a pleasure to work with. He took photos and showed us what was what and what to look for. He told us what plan you have for maintenance and signed us up. Very knowledgeable about the systems. Excellent!

Jens quickly diagnosed the problem on our old heater. He didn't try to upsell or scare me into a decision. When I said I'd like to repair instead of replace he quickly searched for and found a part for our aging system. I know we'll need a new system eventually. I also know who we'll call to get it replaced...J&D Heating, Cooling, & Water.

Yesterday, J&D performed the Fall maintenance on the cooling and heating system in my home. I hadn't met Dusten Winkler before but found him very a personable individual who went promptly to work. Personable, professional, competent! The appointment hiccup from yesterday was a chain of events arriving from me dealing with an appliance repair technician upstairs yesterday at the same time your tech was trying to make contact. TV on loud downstairs, phone downstairs as well. Anyway, 100% my fault, thanks for rescheduling next day.

Chris worked very Efficiently to complete the annual maintenance. When he was, does he ask if he could do any other projects for me and took care of a couple of items I needed someone to care for requiring the use of a ladder. This was the most helpful for me as I am a recovering stroke victim. He was most kind and gracious.

Ken is a great guy, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated his sharing the details of what he was going to do, and his open discussion of his findings. My systems were all thoroughly inspected, documented, and as clean as new when he was done. J&D has done work for our family in the past maintaining several of our homes systems. I would recommended them, and Ken, to anyone.

J&D were great through the whole process of diagnosing the problem with my system and guiding me through upgrading. They were very easy to work with and were very helpful when it came to financing the equipment and installation.

J&D has been my HVAC service provider for several years. They are completely honest, trustworthy, and fair. Dealing with HVAC issues isn't something anyone looks forward to, but everyone I have dealt with over the years has been stellar! Definitely want to give kudos to Kane and Jayce for all of their hard work on my emergency replacement! Also a shout out to Kenny, who is in the unenviable position of delivering bad news regarding system issues, but does so with so much integrity. And finally, Chris, who was amazing with getting all the details and scheduling sorted out so quickly. All of you absolutely rock!!

Chris arrived and was very nice. He discussed with us everything he was doing for the heating maintenance. He did a very good job. After the service he asked if we had any questions. We asked about their maintenance service program. Which he answered everything for us. We signed up for their maintenance service to keep everything running good.

Response time was excellent, between when I called and when technician was at my house was 1.5 hours. Chris was professional, pleasant, answered all my questions, made recommendations and explained everything he was doing. Such a relief.

J&D’s team installed all day with skill and cleanliness. The spaces were left clean and all debris was removed. The men were professional and courteous. I am very happy and look forward to seeing them on our semi annual check ups.

Ryan Silva was professional, polite, and personable. He was helpful with our water heater replacement and even helped me change my air filter while i have a foot injury. I recommend him and J&D 😀
