The long: On one of the coldest nights in recent history here, my furnace decided to take a nose dive, first by being loud and clunky, and then stop working at 2am, on a Sunday. I called various HVAC companies to get help restoring my heat so I and my dogs and cats wouldn't freeze to death and end up on the news. All but ABC either didn't have anyone available until Tuesday or later in the afternoon, but ABC was at my home around 10am the next morning, diagnosed the problem, went to get the part that needed replacing, and installed that part...and was done by noon...with my furnace working beautifully again, and I could put all the blankets and tiny space heater away and breathe a sigh of relief.

There was no attempt to upsell me, or try to hose me in any way. There was a simple focus on the problem and simply fixing it. The cost of service was reasonable, and he even showed me the cost of the part before he went to pick it up. So, to sum it all up:

I appreciate that my furnace was fixed in a timely, honest, and fair manner. We all have experienced those companies that try to screw us out of our money and do so in a dishonest way, with questionable levels of competence. ABC is not one of those companies. If I ever have an issue again, this is the only company I will call without hesitation. I will also recommend them to everyone I know...including you reading this. If you have a heating or cooling problem, call them...now. Seriously. A rare breed of honest professional competent integrity that you will be happy with. Rating: 6 out of 5 Stars.

Alberto has phenomenal maintenance contract. He is very observant and let's you know potential issues to watch for. At the same time he doesn't shove unnecessary repairs on you. I have the utmost respect and trust in ABC Mechanical.

Outstanding customer service. Alberto, with ABC Mechanical came out on a Saturday as an emergency second opinion. We had no heat and was expected to not have any until Monday. However, he spent over 2 hours going thru the entire system and found the problem and was able to bypass the issue and get the heat back on. And now that the problem is diagnosed it can be easily fixed. All the while we have had heat! So thank you for your time and service, we will be sticking with you guys for all future needs! Totally recommend this company!

Our HVAC system, other than the big fan part, is all under the house in the crawl space (this home was built in the early 80's). So, needless to say, it took a little bit (4 days) for the old to be removed and the new installed. But Alberto was patient, never foul under the conditions of the small space or the heat, his manners were always pleasant, and he's very knowledgeable about his business!
His work, like others have proclaimed, is perfect! And the office help - Rebecca - is super helpful, too! This is a top-notch provider I would highly recommend. Make your appointment before it is necessary - he's likely to get swamped from his knowledge and skill-set!

I had an issue with my furnace that came up last night. I wanted to get it looked at as soon as possible and ABC Mechanical was the only company I could find that could come take a look at it the next day. Alberto arrived and quickly put my mind at ease. He explained how my furnace worked and also what could be causing the issue. He was very professional and helpful so I will be using ABC moving forward for my heating and cooling needs.

Alberto did unbelievably excellent work on our heating/cooling system. He installed a new heat pump for us. The installation was incredibly clean, leaving room for future expansion. He sealed and insulated the air delivery system underneath the house. Again, he left the crawl space cleaner than he found it. He even videoed his work in the crawl space to show us his high quality of work. Alberto is friendly, highly skilled, thorough, and conscientious. He takes pride in his work and deservedly so. My wife and I were absolutely impressed! We give Alberto and ABC Mechanical our highest recommendation.

Some heroes wear utility belts! Seriously though, Alberto from ABC Mechanical saved the day in our converted school bus. We had a very complicated issue as our little Mitsubishi mini-split was installed by another company in a way that made it nearly impossible to service. They hid everything behind walls with zero access and used faulty piping creating leaks of both water and refrigerant. We were in a bad way and many several reasons not to trust the guys who did our original install so felt lost.

Alberto not only figured it all out because he is a creative genius, but he took the time to implement a really tough job I believe most would have walked away from. I only wish we had found ABC Mechanical sooner!
