These guys did a great job at every step and go above and beyond with the level of service provided. Shane and Jordan both were super helpful and helped me to understand the process at each stage and were patient with all my questions. Got both my units on their regular maintenance plan to help extend the life.

Shane and his crew came in and did an amazing job from start to finish. There was amazing communication every step of the way and they left the job site clean like they were never even there. If you are looking to support an amazing family owned company you can’t go wrong here. I will never get another bid when I have any issues that pertain to hvac!

Same day service. Did a great job getting the AC back on when it was 100*outside. Explained everything and took care of the problem for the price of a service call. Very inexpensive and thorough. We got 3 bids and theirs was by far the lowest.

These guys are awesome! I needed someone to repair my vent asap because a home Depot dryer vent cleaning brush was stuck in the vent. (Yes I messed that up.) I called them right before 5pm they answered and had someone out the next morning at 8:30am to repair it. I needed a full vent system replacement because the vent tubes were disconnected and to get the brush out. These guys did amazing and had it ready to go by noon. Cleaned up all of their mess, and wee super professional and friendly. Needless to say I have them saved in my phone for future issues. I would highly recommend them.

One big thing for us was when we were getting the quote from the salesman, he wasn't pushy and didn't spend that much time here, so we really appreciated that!

When getting a professional opinion on your furnace or a/c unit D&B heating and cooling is a great place to start. Shane our technician came to our home and was able to fix our furnace and give us a professional advice of the lifespan of our Furnace and A/C unit. We decided to have our Furnace and A/C unit replaced since it was super old. This local owned business really makes their customers feel happy. When negotiating for a new Furnace and A/C unit the company really works hard to keep their customers satisfied! I would recommend D&B Heating and Cooling to anyone in the Nampa area if you are having any issues with their Furnace or A/C unit.
