HVAC recommendation ⭐️ We hired Honey Badger HVAC and have had the best experience! We have 5 units, 15+ years old, not great quality systems. 3 of them about the same time stopped working. One company came out said we need to replace them😱..Don’t even ask me what the quote for that was😭
We went for a second opinion and Nic, from Honey-badger looked at our units and said yes they will likely need replacement at some point but we can buy you time. He replaced some parts, ran tests and all of the units have been doing great for a few months so far! Nic has saved us thousands. He knows his stuff. He’s thorough, honest, pleasant to work with & very fair. Nic will definitely be the guy we call anytime we need hvac service.

100 Degrees out on a Sunday and our AC decided to take a poop . Called them expecting an answering service Nick picked up and was able to come out a few hours later .He Explained every thing ,trouble shot the issue had the part and within 30 min had us back up and running. Nic is the best! He has been my go to hvac guy for years. Our heater stopped working just about a week ago (January in Idaho…brrr) I was on a trip and was coming home the following day. I was able to call him and he immediately went to my house and fixed my heater within 10 minutes so I could have heat when I returned home. Nic is trustworthy and no bs type which is good when it comes to billing. He’s fair and knows what he’s doing!

Technician came out to do a pre summer check of our ac system. Good thing as a wire had been miss installed which kept the system from calling for the ac. East fix and I’m confident that we are ready for the hot weather when it arrives.

Very professional and thorough! He explained what issues we may have with our AC system very well without being too technical. His instructions on the next steps were clear also. Thank you!

Raymond was very professional. He took his time to explain everything I needed to know about my system as it was new to me.
He came out to do my annual maintenance and didn’t try to sell me on anything else. He was honest and told me I probably have a couple more years left in my unit and because of the price of a new unit he just recommended my annual maintenance until it’s time for a new one.
