Do not choose this company. Our furnace went out and we called our warranty company they sent a&b out the tried 1x to fix it but it didn't work so they determined we needed a new furnace. My warranty company approved it the office called to schedual left a message. I called them back a few minutes later and told them that time and date wouldn't work for me well they tried to come out any way I explained to the owner that didn't work for me he told me to call the office to schedual. I called 6 times left 6 messages nothing from them I had call logs to prove these calls. i then got an email from my warranty company starting a&b couldn't not reach me well they never tried. I called my warranty company explained all of this the warranty company called a&b and they answered rite away for them. I was promised a call by end of business to schedual. again nothing I didn't receive a phone call until Saturday 4 days later. we went almost a month with no heat the owner and office lady lied to the insurance company. The owner was rude and condescending when he finally did call he asked if we were staying warm I said no and he laughed. after the furnace was replaced the power in my garage didn't work. dont hire this company it's not worth being treated like a burden rather then a client

Highly recommend!! The office personnel and the technician Mitch were all great. Professional, friendly, timely and responsive. Highly recommend them and will be calling them next fall for our next tune-up. The Moons.

Mitch was very knowledgeable and professional. He again diagnosed the problem quickly with the A/C unit, but, instead of moving forward with what I had given the ok for, they replaced the entire unit and it took so long to fix it that we didn't need it until the following summer, then we found out they installed it incorrectly and it leaked water all over in the duct work and ruined the ducting which separated from the A/C unit. So for months we had cold air blowing into the crawl space of our house. It took them weeks to come look at the problem and months to come fix it. I had to contact them multiple times to remind them that they needed to fix the duct work. Their communication is terrible and the workers don't communicate with the office staff or visa versa. Find another company unless you want months of headaches and stress, not to mention high energy bill. Oh, yeah, and the amount of time waiting for them to show up or to have them call and reschedule multiple times at the last minute.

Came out and serviced my furnace as well as 2 gas fireplaces. Informative and helpful. Needed a new filter and he didn't even try and sell me one but told me where I could get one at a good price! Will have them service my units again!

We had an excellent experience with Mitchell Cowdrey! Our old a/c unit needed a tuneup. Mitchell walked us through our system explaining each step. Serviced and cleaned thoroughly, we now have a system running smoothly. Professional, courteous and clean!

I didn't know what what wrong so got recommendation from neighbors for A&B. Benny said he'd be over in an hour but arrived sooner than that. He was attentive as I explained the problem and looked at different things to troubleshoot the problem. He and his colleague were very thorough and diagnosed the problem, which involved going into the crawl space to check on the dampers. Their fix worked and wasn't especially costly. And they didn't try to upsell on a solution. I have complete trust in Benny and his colleague now!

A&B sent Mitchell out to service our AC. Two other companies had said it was unfixable.
Mitchell spent a little time working with and now and it works like a charm. Mitchell was personable and professional. The price was very fair. Great job!

I originally had them come out to service my furnace and air-conditioning system of the home I recently bought that was only three years old. I had noticed I had problems with a couple of the vents in my house that produced no airflow and a few other issues.
He crawled under the house and found out that I had a twisted and ripped corrugated duct tube that was leading to the two vents that I was having trouble with. He put in a service request for me and also did a great job in cleaning and testing my system and recommending what else I should do.
Very professional, on time and great customer service.

This company installed my furnace and heat pump last spring and when the AC went on it wasnt working the way I expected. A & B came out and fixed my problem. Then resently the winter came and the heat pump stopped running. Again, I called and a couple days out they came and resolved the issue and I am up in Donnelly Idaho where its more challenging to get good services. The are friendly and prompt.

I was told by another company that I needed 1800.00 dollars worth of work on my A/C. After getting another opinion from A&B I saved money. I would like to thank Mitchell, the young man that came to my home and did a thorough inspection of my system and saved me a lot of money!!!! Mitchell was professional, helpful and went above and beyond what he needed to do. He is an asset to this company. Thank you Mitchell for your help and the extra time you took to help us.

A & B did an excellent job installing a new air conditioning unit. We have used them several times for various jobs at our home and they have always been awesome. We had a maintenance plan with another company for years, and after having two very bad experiences, where we needed to get a second opinion before spending thousands of dollar, we switched companies. A&B is excellent and we highly recommend them.

My air conditioner has been inconsistent lately. Sometimes it works great, and other times it doesn’t work at all. During a time that it was working great, I scheduled a tuneup, to see if it would help the problem. Little did I know, it would quit working again the morning of my appointment. I called their office to let them know, and they said their technician would do the tuneup and would let me know if I needed to submit another work request (I use a home warranty company- so it can be tricky).

Ian arrived on time and exceeded all of my expectations. Now, I don’t know what is involved in a tuneup- but he definitely went above and beyond what was required. He cut back the weeds from my A/C unit, thoroughly cleaned it out using an air compressor, troubleshot a water pooling issue with the condenser- that involved climbing under my house, and even replaced my filters. Once complete, he came inside to test the temperature of the vents. Ian was prompt, polite and professional. The office staff was incredible too! They have great personalities and a sweet system used for scheduling and invoicing. Sounds weird I know, but you will have to try them to find out. I highly recommend using them for all of your heating and cooling needs!

I scheduled a furnace tune-up through my home warranty and A&B scheduled me immediately for the next day. I had to reschedule and they did not have a problem with that. Technician Mitch arrived early to my appointment window but contacted me prior to make sure it's ok. He was knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

I scheduled an appointment at he beginning of a week with the office staff for a 2 p.m. time, on a Friday before Labor Day weekend. They offered the time and day, not me. I explained I would not be at home until that afternoon.

Thursday, just before 5 p.m., the office person called me to say that they had to come at 10 a.m., and couldn’t keep the 2 p.m. appointment time. They told me that the reason was that the technician would be off in the afternoon. I suspect that because it was a holiday weekend approaching their staff wanted off early. They told me I would have to reschedule for the following week. I told them no, just cancel my request.

I contacted another company the following morning. They came that same day, in the afternoon, and the technician called me to let me know he was on the way. The issue was resolved within 30 minutes of his arrival to my home.

I suppose A&B has enough business that they don’t care much about keeping their appointments and commitments. I won’t say I would never again use them, but they are way down the list of a company I might call. And I have expressed that opinion to many of my friends and clients. Good work A&B.

I’ve used Nic several times. He always gets to me quickly and gets the job done fast and is super affordable. He is honest about what I need and what can wait. While other other places have tried to upscale me things I didn’t need. I will be using Honey Badger again! And I tell all my friends and family too!
