Peppy is absolutely amazing! They recently installed half of our new ductless system in our manufactured home (we are planning the other half for later in the year). The steps/teams that lead up to our installation today were absolutely great from diagnostics on our old system, the sales team showing us our options, to our installation on our ductless system. There were no questions that went unanswered and I had a lot! They were amazing with our pets and working around me having to work from home. They were timely, had great financing options, communicated well, and were knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough, they even found a way to keep our house cooled before installation which was super important for me being pregnant and uncomfortable all the time! You can't go wrong with any of their services! Thank you Peppy, can't wait for the other half of our installation later this year!

Absolute professionalism from beginning to end. All options were provided without high pressure sales. I shopped around before choosing Peppy to install our new furnace and they just had the best pricing and loan options. The installers were also polite and professional. The first time I heard of Peppy's Heating and Cooling was when the restoration company, making repairs due to a water heater leak, called them in to remove the furnace. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and their systematic approach, including extensive picture documentation of the 3 zone wiring, before removing the furnace. Their professionalism was also evident when they returned to reinstall the HVAC system without any operational issues.

The next time I contacted Peppy's was when my former HVAC company, after a routine maintenance visit, said my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger which needed immediate attention. In addition they said my AC compressor motor showed signs of an oil leak and needed to be replaced soon.

I contacted Peppy's for a second opinion, since I had a previous positive experience. When the technician, Kevin, arrived I explained the issues that were identified. Kevin inspected the heat exchanger and did not find any evidence of a crack or abnormality. He also inspected the AC motor and said there was no issue with the motor and there was no evidence of an oil leak.

I have since hired Peppy's as my HVAC company. I had my first maintenance visit for AC and furnace this spring and had Kevin do the service. He indicated everything was in proper working condition and no issues were found.

Great experience from the whole team at Peppy Heating and Cooling! Rob was refered to us by our contractor for the installation of a mini-split heat pump for our room addition. Rob came to our home and talked with us about all the features that were available, and helped us with selecting the appropriate model for our application. In addition, he and his team were contracted to install a 1 inch diameter natural gas line in our yard for a built-in barbecue Island and future fire pit. All work was completed timely and very professional! I would highly recommend Peppy heating and cooling for your HVAC needs!

If I could give more stars I would! Sammy came out promptly on time, assessed the repairs and gave us multiple options. He made the repairs and had our AC blowing cold with it just a couple of hours. All the pricing was upfront and there were no hidden fees halfway through the Repair.

Peppy has been great—I especially like how communicative and professional they are—easy to reach, they keep you posted on upcoming visits, they are always on-time, and the technicians are friendly and knowledgable. Peppy’s awesome employee Mitchell came to do the yearly check in my AC unit. He identified a part that needed replacing to ensure my unit would continue functioning.
He ordered the part and replaced it the next day.

Sammy was great! He was very polite and respectful. He took his hat off to introduce himself, put shoe covers on when entering the house; and asked permission to move in and out from the house to his work van. He explained the process of finding and fixing the leak in an easy to understand manner. And showed me before and after pictures with videos of the gas leak. He was extremely thorough with his work. The repair price was very reasonable, highly recommend!

My split unit needed its annual service job. The appointment was easy to get scheduled, the technician was here at the time planned with a 15 minute phone call from him as he was on his way. He was a very nice young man, very careful to wear protective wear over his shoes when in the house. The job was finished within an hour. He was professional and told me what he had found and done to the unit and wished me a nice summer.

From start to finish, our experience with Peppy has been amazing! We needed to replace one of our 15 yr old ductless mini split systems and Rob helped us figure out several different options that could work. He went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered. Kevin and Diego were prompt, clean, hardworking and got everything installed and running in 1 day. Because we were changing brands of mini split and using our existing wiring, there were a few hiccups that Kevin was able to solve and he contacted Mitsubishi to ensure that everything would work properly with these fixes. We will definitely continue to use Peppy and recommend them to everyone we know!

I called Peppy at 8am Friday morning after our HVAC system stopped running Thursday afternoon. My ecobee thermostat was blank and appeared it had died. Peppy technician Alex arrived Friday afternoon and had my HVAC running after replacing a burned out transformer. Once the new transformer was put in my HVAC was back running and started to cool my home down from the 83 degree indoor temperature. Alex was professional and explained what happened. I'm very pleased with Peppy HVAC and will recommend them in the future.

Great service at a great price. We replaced our furnace and AC unit as they were very old. They were easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly.

Before having my home retrofitted with ductless mini splits throughout the entire house, I researched eight local companies and five manufacturers. I chose Mitsubishi installed by Peppy Heating & Cooling. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. Elizabeth responded promptly to my inquiry. Rob outlined my options clearly and answered all of my questions knowledgeably, including my follow-up questions. He provided an accurate estimate the same day we met, scheduled the four-day job quickly, sending an extra team to finish in three days. Luke led the installation team, which treated my home with care. They explained their plan, checked in with me along the way, and cleaned up well after the installation was complete. I could not be happier with the customer service.

Out technician, Sammy did an excellent job. He went so far as to discover that the ductwork was NEVER properly installed to the bottom of our furnace. He fixed that plus the cause for two fault codes on the unit as well as cleaning the squirrel cage blower. Throughout the entire process he showed before and after values for amperage that lowered after cleaning and gas pressure that was way too high and now in spec. We can’t be happier.
