I started using Peppy a year ago. They did work on a major remodel, and now use them for semiannual hvac check ups. I also used them for another project. Techs are always on time, polite and clean up after. They seem very knowledgeable.

My AC had stopped working. Juan talked to me about what he would trouble shoot and basic fees. When he had an idea of the possible issue, he talk to.me about next steps and potential costs. Clean is what it took. He talked to me about how to keep the issue from happening again. I'm very happy with the results. Juan's work. I will definitely call Peppy's first if I have heating or cooling issues. I highly recommend them!

We had a problem with our a/c that had been looked at by 2 other companies without being resolved. I finally called Peppy Heating & Cooling. It was a challenge for them to figure out the problem but with the help of Cody and Brett, the problem was resolved. Brett (the owner) took ownership of the problem and worked with Cody (the technician) and the manufacturer (Trane) to get the issue resolved. I was impressed with the determination that these guys showed in fixing our issue. Thank you so much Peppy Heating and Cooling!

After meeting with several HVAC companies to install a split system in my home, I decided to go with Peppy and so glad I did! They were the ONLY company that suggested a ceiling unit rather than putting on the wall, I even asked the other companies and they said you don’t want that it’s too expensive. Come to find out, Peppy is really the only company that does it and from a sightly view it makes all the sense in the world and not much more in money. From the beginning with their sales rep Rob to their owner Brett and their installers Lance and (so sorry can’t remember the other gentleman’s name but super respectful and personable) everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and clean. I HIGHLY recommend Peppy for your HVAC needs they will be my go to HVAC company for years to come.

I had contacted 4 other heating and cooling companies. One didn’t show up. Three wanted me tocwait 2 weeks. I called Peppy. Alex Duda showed up on time the next morning, gave me 4 options for the repairs needed, and set me up on a twice a year maintenance. I had been trying to get the company who installed the $16,000 hvac system to do maintenance for 4 years and they never came. I highly recommend Peppy heating and air. Peppys was incredible to work with! They came out to give me a bid on converting our oil heat to a more modern system. Rob gave me multiple options that would fit our needs and finances. He was honest and answered all the random questions my wife and I had. Once we decided on the system we wanted, they offered quick financing options to make the process as easy as possible. The installation was smooth and easy. Kevin, Junior, Luke, and Chase showed up on time, ready to work and get the job done in the time frame as promised. Great job to Peppys! Peppy was great! Alex was polite, efficient, and did not pressure me into a hard upsell on anything. He fixed the problem quickly, was honest with his assessment, and stop my house from feeling like I was living in the middle of the Sahara desert! I will likely call on them again very soon, since I’m pretty sure I will need an entire new system. The fact that Alex didn't try to sell me on things I don’t need was much appreciated!

Our first experience with Peppy was in 2018, our HVAC system was over 20 years old and I wanted to have it inspected. Brett came out and checked the system, he said that it was old but that it was working as efficiently as it could. He gave us an estimate with several options for replacement, they seemed very reasonable. He also took the time to fully explain the benefits of every option that he was offering so we were able to make an informed decision. With his encouragement we decided to run our system a little longer and ended up just having him clean our ducting system which he did, it took him all day, but he did an excellent job and charged what I thought was a very fair price. In 2020 we decided it was time to install a more efficient system and after having such a positive experience with Brett in the past we decided to have Peppy install a new home HVAC system, it has performed flawlessly since then. I would recommend Peppy Heating and Cooling to my friends and family knowing they'd be well served.

I was provided with multiple options and estimates and was able to pick what worked best for our space and our budget. Peppy was prompt and professional and happily worked with us to quickly schedule an install. They offer reasonable prices and produce quality work. I would hire these guys again!

Furnace bit the dust. Rob Shepard was prompt in evaluating our situation and offering solutions. Clearly explained products and options to enhance our system. Gave fair bid and had techs out the next day to install new furnace. The entire team was efficient, respectful, answered our questions and followed up after installation to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
