Fast, Thorough, and Professional Service. And Get This…My Dogs Even Liked Him! I, My Dad, and Just Recently My Mother Have Been Ripped Off Using Those Pinkie Guys! These Guys Put In Things I Didn’t Need or Merchandise That Doesn’t Really do Anything. It’s Just a Device That’s Sounded Important and Supposedly Does Important Things Like “Taking Minerals Out of the Water” but Basically is Just a Blinking Wired Box of Fun! Jonathan is GREAT!! He Wont Lie to Sell Equipment, He is Able to Come 24/7, and Has Been Right on Time Every Time . Won’t go Anywhere Else Again.

Our furnace went out during the bad snow storm and at 7pm. John came right over and let us know what it needed. He didn't try to upcharge or upsell what was needed. Honest and great guy. He got us fixed up with no issues. I highly recommend MetalHead Mechanical.

2 days ago during tail end of severe weather my heater went out. John made time to come to my place and see what was up. Instead of conveniencing me to buy a new system (as a previous company tried. ) he fixed my issue. Polite, knowledgeable, and 100% satisfied.

Swapped out my old furnace, condenser and evap coil. They were able to get it scheduled within a week of the quote and got it done in a day. Install looks good. Very cost competitive and not pushy on extra bs like some of the other hvac companies in town. Would definittely hire again.

Great experience! I highly recommend MM. I called in the morning and had a certified HVAC tech out here in a couple of hours. Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and definitely reasonably priced. I'll 100% use them again.

Metalhead mechanical was a lifesaver when my furnace started acting up. They were very professional. Showed up on time, figured out the issue and had it repaired the same day. The price was great as well! If you need any hvac repairs, maintenance or a new system, I highly recommend them.

Called John and he came out right away to do a spring service on my air conditioning unit and furnace. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s a great guy and has super reasonable prices. John is the guy I’ll be giving a call in the future for anything hvac related that comes up.

John took the time after working on a neighbors AC to come over to my place and look at our AC. He provided valuable information on how we should proceed with our unit. He did all this on his own time and asked for nothing in return. When my service agreement runs out with Ultimate Heating I will be giving Metal Head a call. Thanks John.

10/10 best company I have worked with in a while. I got a response same day of reaching out along with having him come out and fix it within the hour of reaching out. He actually fixed the unit! He told us what the issues was, all the other company’s just said we need Freon when that in fact was not even close to the issue. He also educated us on how to keep our AC unit running better. Best experience I have had thank you!!

With a house full of guests and unable to cool my house below 80 I found John. He set me up with a next day visit (this was nearly 9pm). He kept good communication and arrived ready to save 5 adults and 2 kids plus a herd of animals from the heat. John jumped right in and item by item inspected my system and found the problem. He was fast and efficient, didn't try to upsell anything, just found my problem and fixed it. His pricing was significantly below what i expected and lower than the previous work i had done (that it turns out was not correct). John gave me simple directions for some easy maintenance things I could do to keep my dinosaur system working well. Highly recommend him and will for sure keep his info on hand for any future needs!
