Just want to give a shout out to Mike Brown with Legends Mechanical. He has done two service calls to our home and was outstanding both times. He is incredibly personable, polite, and knowledgable. He's a dog lover too which is a bonus with my two boisterous dogs.

Was pleasantly surprised when I spoke to Legends for a bid and received a very affordable one. Was even more pleased with the knowledge and professionalism they displayed during installation. Would recommend to anyone that needed HVAC work done!

Incredible company. A/C and furnace went out will I was gone on military orders. Came over the next day, diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were professional and courteous throughout the process. They cleaned up well after they were done. My wife said she felt comfortable the whole time they were there. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. Great company!!!!!

Saved the day! Our furnace wasn’t working correctly, so we woke up to a VERY cold house up near Robie Creek. With 5 month old twins, we needed it fixed right away. Placed a call to Legends Mechanical, and they had it fixed the same day. They explained what had happened and walked me through the service call. Will recommend Legends Mechanical to all family and friends. Give them a call, you’ll be thankful.

Outstanding service. Our house was built in 2016 and Legends did the gas piping for it. Over the last several weeks (Dec 2020-Jan '21) we smelled a gas leak. Legends came out right away, were courteous and just did a great job investigating and resolving the issue. Couldn't be happier.

Of course 6pm on a Friday, one of the hottest days thus far. And A/C goes down. Called Legends Mechanical. They had a service specialist out here within an hour. Lucky for us it was a easy fix. He was fast, polite, and had a great attitude considering it was after 7 on a Friday. Thank you again. Would highly recommend!!!!

My house was not cooling off as well as I hoped it would but I thought maybe it was just the 100 degree heat and the HVAC couldn't quite keep up. I called Legends on a Saturday morning and explained the situation. I stated that maybe I was over reacting and that I could give it a few days and call back. Mike who I could tell was answering his cell phone at home while spending time with his family said "no your not , I'll be there in and hour". Problem was diagnosed and fixed an hour and a half.
Customer service like this is rare...Much appreciated and thank you Mike!

Every morning I see the same truck and trailer on hwy 55. He drives like a freaking maniac. Speeds, cuts in and out of traffic, watched him run red lights. Why would I want someone so irresponsible working on my vehicle?

It was Friday night at 830pm and I cam home to a house that was 82 degrees. Called their emergency line and Mike told me to text address and he would get someone there. Within 20 minutes they showed up and were very pleasant even though he was almost home from a long hot day. Fixed it, so great to be able to have someone work on house and not seem like it was a burden but enjoyed helping. Thank you for such great service and at the end of a week. It is already 4 degrees cooler.

Outstanding customer service post sale. My wife lost her wedding ring down a vent. We called them for to get it retrieved, and they were at our door within a couple hours. We've been very happy with their responsiveness when we've had follow up questions about our HVAC system. Highly recommend them.

My furnace stopped heating. I called Legends, they had a guy at my place same day. Jed was super nice and friendly. Professional and knowledgeable. After a very quick diagnosis he found the problem and fixed it. If we ever have a problem with my furnace or A/C again they will be our first call. Would gladly refer Legends to anyone for their high quality work.

Gauge at Legends Mechanical is a lifesaver. We are in a new build in Utah, and the original sub-contractor our builder used to install our upstairs furnace wasn’t done properly. They now use Legends Mechanical for their builds, which has been a huge upgrade for them.

I first met Legends when they came out to install a gas line for us and fix our fireplace during our warranty period and they did a great job and were very professional. Our upstairs furnace recently stopped working, and so I called Legends, and Gauge rushed out and handled the problem right away. He was super professional, identified the issue, and took care of it for me quickly.

My furnace went out, so glad I called legends mechanical! They came in 2 hours, replaced the needed part in no time, very friendly guys, did not try to talk me into and upgrades. I highly recommend and will to friends and family!

Our air conditioner was making very loud noises and struggling. We called Legends and they were so helpful and professional. Jake seviced our unit and gave us advice on maintaing both the A/C and furnace. I will recommend them to family and friends

I don’t know much about legends, mechanical what I do know is they are your Premier heating and cooling company. Their truck parts in my extended parking lot some nights here in Meridian Idaho. I don’t know what that have to do with anything, but the trucks pretty cool.

My system was on its last leg and they made several trips out to work on it never trying to upsell me. After all the effort to get my old system working reliably we had them quite a new system which came in much lower than the competition so we had them install. They were there when they said and got it installed and it works great. The crew is friendly and professional and does a great job.

Peace of mind. Great service. We got on a service plan for HVAC work by another large company in this market by using their other services (electrical, plumbing). When the other company came for a tune up of our 6 year-old AC unit last spring, we were left a large laundry list for needed repairs. None of it sounded legit. Legends came out for a second opinion the very next day and none of the major repairs were needed. I failed to remove us from the other companies HVAC list, so they came back out again to check our furnace this winter. We had a very similar long laundry list of "immediate repairs". Mike came out from Legends and spent time going over every area the other company mentioned. I gave him their checklist and shared their photos with him. He did not find anything that needed immediate work, although he did find one area he agreed on and wanted me to watch. He still said not to worry about it for now. Moral of the story- trust Legends. They are a family-owned company and their techs do not work on commission. Don't let anyone use the excuse of "let us come out for that tune-up" to get in.

We had Gage out to help us with our heating/AC and airflow. He was absolutely amazing, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, personable, and kind. We have a newborn and could not be more grateful for his help in this crazy time of life. He has put our minds at ease and made the house 1000x more comfortable for us and the baby. Can't recommend Legends enough! Gage came out, was super friendly and knowledgeable, and worked after hours to finish the job. He not only solved the issue, but undercut other bids drastically. Legends is now saved in my phone and will be recommended to all my friends, family, and neighbors. Thanks again Gage!
