Metalhead Mechanical was absolutely amazing. I was not on site at my resident and they were very accommodating to go out to the location. They kept me informed of the process and potential issues that could arise before doing any work. He was patient with my tenants maintaining a professional manner and work ethic. Pricing was beyond reasonable. 100 out 10 would recommend for more work.

It's great to find a skilled and ethical business and that's exactly who Metalhead is. John & Isaiah helped us get two bathrooms vented properly with new fan installation, were able to find details others had missed and were just great people to work with. Solid all the way around. John came in and replaced our 18 year old worn out furnace, the install was seamless and quick. My wife works from home and they were able to complete the project without interfering with her schedule. He stuck around and assured everything was functioning correctly. This is a great company with hard working employees. Ones that are honest and helpful, don't find that much anymore.

They hire unskilled workers with little knowledge to run around to fill the void so they can say they show up to accomodate you. After six service calls in a week they send out the ones with jouneymen knowledge to recoup their losses. They cause irepairable damage to your equipment for lack of knowing the trade and still want to bill you or find some type of compromise to bail them out of the losses. they wait to call you back to all get their stories in line before the owner finds out. wish i could charge someone for not fixing something but wouldnt have the used car salesman mentality.

These guys are always my first call when I need anything HVAC. They have taken care of my personal home and they also do amazing commercial work!
