My house is 90 degrees and my inside unit is grinding and leaking water. They told me one thing and told warranty a different story. Had to call another company and pay for it out of pocket and they advised that my indoor and outdoor units are both in failure.

Due to the hussle and bussle, of the AC install over the summer, the gas line was forgotten to be turned on, once the New AC System was up and running! Once on-site, within a couple minutes of reviewing the issue, the mechanic realized the issue, reset the breaker and heat was flowing, through the vents!

Mitch took the time to not only fix our unit, but to educate us how to keep it running and save money down the road. He was kind and professional and I would highly recommend this company.

They serviced our furnace for the house we were buying. On the service notice they said that it was making a sound but they greased it and then it sounded fine. Two weeks into moving in thinking everything was fine it starts making a really loud, awful noise. We find out that it needs a new condenser. My husband tried to call them and speaks to the man who serviced it and said he is the owner and he laughed at my husband and said “ what did you expect?” Implying we should have known by his report that we would have to fix it. The report which we have a copy of it makes no indication that we would need to fix anything or we would have dealt with that BEFORE buying the house. He asked what the big deal was and that it was “only a couple hundred dollars”. This is the worst experience we have had with any company. He also mentioned that he “forgot” to include in the report that we would have to replace it. This man was SO disrespectful and unprofessional.

We had an annual heating tune-up. The technician was prompt, professional. He was very thorough. Answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend this company and we would use them again!
