I was very pleased with the work provided by Premier Heating and Air Conditioning. Their customer service was wonderful and their service was fast and efficient. One of the best experiences I've had with home repairs.

Had a heater tuned up. Purchased the heater from Clint about 17 years ago. Still working well and James said it still look great.
Clint, Don and their team are reliable and professional.

Premier came out to fix my heating system. They had a technician out the day I called and gave me an accurate quote as to repair and replacement. Unfortunately the part needed was on back order. (Supply issues that the nation is currently facing.) I was told 7 to 10 business days they were back 5 business days later and got my heater going, excellent job quick and at the price quoted. I’m not ever going to call anyone else.

I had such a great experience working with Premier. They were quick to respond to my initial request for a bid. Don came out to the house and was friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He explained things thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Even if their bid had come back more expensive than the competitors, I would have gone with them anyway because I enjoyed working with them so much more. Felt like they cared about my project instead of just looking at it as another gig. They put in a new gas line for both a furnace and a range, and installed a gas furnace all in a day's work. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and considerate. - I greatly enjoyed working with them. 10/10 would recommend! :)

They answered their phone, and was at my home within 3 hours to repair my A/C fan. They had the parts available on their service van and had the repair done promptly!! Even gave me a heads up on how and when to clean the unit with a simple hose. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

19 years ago we built our house and Premier Installed our heating and air conditioner. We have been having them do the yearly maintenance on our system and here we are still with the same unit. They are a top notch high class business with amazing people who care about you. I have referred my family and neighbors all to them, we came home from a camping trip to an 85 degree house, I made a call around 6 pm when we got home expecting to get an answering machine but one of the owners answered and 1st thing that next morning they were at our house determine what needed repaired. By that afternoon our unit was fixed and the house was cooling down. All of their employees are great and I have trusted them with my garage code to begin the maintenance service when I couldn’t be there. Local great business. I highly recommend!

My heater at home cut out and my whole package unit was needing to be replaced. I had a few companies out for quotes and Premier was by far the best! Great value but also very professional and timely. They were able to get me scheduled quick and the install only took about half a day.

Highly recommend! Clint and Don are so professional and the type of guys you immediately feel comfortable with and can trust. They are so timely with communication via email and by phone, and always prompt with appointments. We had a complicated ductless system installed in our new home and they did an incredible job with the whole process from rough in to trim. Out of all of our contractors hired for the whole building process, Clint and Don were my favorite. Oh...and their prices are very reasonable! You can't go wrong with this HVAC company.

We were having some cooling issues and sent their phone number and they were able to get us in and fix issue the same day. Prices are great! Worker was super friendly and I highly recommend!

Our furnace was acting up earlier in the week and was blowing cold air. I was able to get it reset to producing warm air but wanted someone to come out to perform some routine maintenance. Premier was able to schedule us the next day. The technician was on time, very professional and did a great job getting the maintenance done in a timely manner. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he found. We highly recommend using Premier for your heating and cooling needs.

Professional and prompt heater repair service! Our call was returned in minutes and we were added to the schedule same day. Our technician was James and he was great! He explained what was wrong with our heater and what he was doing to fix it. I highly recommend Premier!

Really friendly, quick and high quality service. I've had Premier out twice, once for my AC and recently for my furnace. Both times the technician was on site in less than 3 hours and fixed my equipment without trying to up-sell me anything I didn't need. Their prices are totally reasonable as well. They are the only people that I will deal with.

We called premier Sunday evening during the Super Bowl and they were out first thing the next morning to fix the the furnace. They were very knowledgeable and patient with their questions. Great communication, prompt service and fair pricing. Pretty much everything you look for in a service business. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again for our basement remodel this year.

So thankful for the technicians from Premier who came and replaced our A/C and furnace unit yesterday. They did an amazing job and were very efficient and courteous.

Highly recommend. I had them add extra capacity for supply and return. I also had my heater die (after it was inspected / tuned up by another well known company 2 weeks prior), they were out at my house in ~1-2h from the call. They found that I had an intermittent gas valve that needed to be replaced. I opted to replace the unit due to the age. They brought out electric space heaters to use while the new unit was on order. The new system was installed two days later. I was very impressed with service, the quality of work, and their timeliness. Very professional and great prices! I rarely would write such praise, but it also seems so rare to find companies that truly care about their customers and their quality of work!

I have used Premier Heating and Air for a at least 10 years. They are outstanding, professional and always on time. They never over device or charge me. They do not try to upsell me at all!!! I have them as the only HVAC company I refer to all of my real estate clients as well. This is how much I trust them and recommend them to anyone!
