Dennis and his team did an awesome job of installing ducts and our new a/c heat pump system. Their bid was very competitive, and they were very professional, keeping us informed throughout the process. It works flawlessly. Love it!

Our HVAC system was making a strange noise. I called a few companies and no one could come out for a few days. I called Boise Valley and they made an appointment for that day. They send me an text confirming the appointment and time. Dennis, the technician called me when he was about 10 minutes out to let me know. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. I then asked if they could do a maintenance visit on our HVAC as it was older and we were worried about it. Dennis spent over an hour going over the whole system. He was polite and friendly. I ended up purchasing a yearly maintenance agreement at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with Boise Valley and will highly recommend them to anyone.

Dennis and Jared are both very responsive. I needed HVAC service late on a very hot Friday; it didn’t matter. Jared came right out and took care of the problem quickly. My heater went out over the cold weekend and I needed service first thing on Monday morning, and Dennis made it happen! When they didn’t have the part in-stock, they found a way to get the part and get my heater fixed before the end of the day. Dennis and Jared have always taken care of me AND my clients. Jared installed my mini split for our RV garage and did a great job. The unit has made a night and day difference in adding more useable space to our home. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Jared S., Lead Technician, was so fabulous! He was polite, professional, and really went out of his way to trouble shoot an item that our builder didn’t want to deal with. At first look, he could have easily called this an appliance warranty issue, but he did his due diligence and found that it was not the appliance after all. I really appreciate the customer service, professionalism, and is clearly thorough. He was kind and didn’t MAN-SPLAIN either. He just walked me through what he was doing.

I will never stop recommending Boise Valley Heating & Air! They do an amazing job and are very knowledgeable so they were able to answer all of my questions in depth. They are also very timely and have great communication. 10/10 experience!

I would never have this company back in my home again. Completely incompetent Technician came to my home (without a call ahead). Mis-diagnosed my A/C issue and stated there was nothing wrong with my unit. I don’t think an A/C running continuously for 4+ hours and only reaching 84 degrees is correct. Had a reputable HVAC company out and they found the system over-charged by 2+ lbs. The wrong piston was installed on original installation. Don’t waste your time and money with this company. They have no clue what they are doing.

I had their Tech, Sammy, come to diagnose my furnace last week and couldn’t have been more pleased. He genuinely cared about my home and went through everything possible to figure out what was wrong. I’d recommended him as someone you can trust. Thanks again Sammy.

Dennis provided superior customer service from start to finish. Dennis and his team installed a new A/C unit and furnace due to the failure of my existing A/C unit during the height of a heat advisory warning. Dennis was very knowledgeable and made multiple trips back to my house to make some adjustments and service my water heater in the days following the install. Me and my pups are very thankful for their ability to install a new unit quickly!

These guys saved the day! The fan on our mini split was not functioning. I originally called another company. They came out and told us we need to replace the fan motor for $1,600 (The motor was under warranty... That price was all labor). We were NOT expecting that because the unit was brand new! Considering the large price tag I decided to get another quote. Thank goodness I called Boise Valley Heating and Air! When they came out to give us their bid they found that our mini split had a loose nut on the end of the fan blade which was preventing it from spinning correctly. That's it! Just a loose nut! They tightened it up and we were good to go! The technician, Jared, said he wished all calls were that easy! I am so glad I called them! They suggested that because the mini split was so new... the nut had probably loosened in shipment. The other company that came out and gave us a bid were respectable and nice... But they didn't ascertain the situation logically. They went to the largest price point instead of inspecting simple causes. Jared was given the same information as the other company... And had us up and running in minutes!
Needless to say... We will definitely be using Boise Valley Heating and Air in the future!

Ryan was awesome. Came to our home where we had two ac units not working during recent high heat. After some quick troubleshooting he made the necessary repairs and got things going. Communication with Ryan was great, and I highly recommend these guys.

This company has been very helpful with our houses hvac. Jared has come up all the way from Boise to Idaho city multiple times and has helped us quickly fix our issues. He was very friendly and explained what he was fixing in a way that made sense. He also offered some more expertise about hvac that would help us have a better time running our air. Average priced, but worth the cost. Thanks for all of the help!
