Can't say enough about how good this company is. They installed both my heating and AC and things are running great. They are always there for emergencies and I love the spring and fall check ups. They are the best and I recommend them to anyone with heating issues to fix. 😁

We had an HVAC issue at one of our rental properties and received a quote from the company listed on the unit for over $3000 minimum for repairs, but they suggested a replacement at $8000. We also called our trusted provider, Premier Heating and Air, for a quote. Premier gave us an honest opinion and got everything running smoothly for $500!

I am extremely impressed with Premier Heating and Air's honesty and integrity. Their prompt and efficient service has our HVAC system running smoothly. I've used premier heating and cooling for about 3 years now. They are always punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. I have 3 heating/cooling systems and they have kept them running great. No unnecessary charges or changes/ replacements.
About 7 years ago, my previous HVAC provider wanted me to change/ upgrade all 3 systems without any real explanations. I sought a 2nd opinion and found Premier heating and cooling.
My systems are still running just fine.

Premier is a great company to work with. They have replaced our whole HVAC system and water heater in our house and did fantastic work. Their technicians are top tier and their products are top notch.

Earlier this year, I called Premier to look into a continuing issue with my ductless system. This was the third time I had called them and we agreed it was time for a new unit. They sold me a Daikin unit and installed it quickly (summer temps were starting to rise) and professionally. My original unit had been installed by the previous owner and they did not do a very good job. Premier, on the other hand, did everything correctly and guaranteed their work. The best part? My electric bill has been less than half of what it was on the old system, and now that things are cooling off, my bills are actually a quarter (yep, 25%) of what they were last year. It’s always tough when you have to spend a lot of money like this, but if you gotta do it, let the pros like Premier handle it. You’ll be glad you did, I know I am.

We have used Premier Heating and Air since moving into our house 13 years ago and have been extremely happy with the service we have received. They have done maintenance and repairs on our hvac system all along. Recently we decided to have them replace our 20+ year old system, and they came out with a whole crew and did an excellent job installing our new system very quickly. Whenever, we have had any questions they return our calls promptly.

My clients hired Premier Heating and Air to come out and repair their AC. They were charged an $80 diagnostic fee and then another $500 to fix the problem. A couple days later, the AC isn’t working again and the lady who answers the phones was incredibly rude. She didn’t seem to care that my sellers already spent a good amount of money for it to be fixed, all she cared about was that they were going to have to pay an additional $80 to get a service tech out there to figure out why it wasn’t fixed in the first place.

Our AC went stopped working in a °90 day and our home warranty couldn't get to us until Thursday morning. With kids in our home and I work from home I decided to go direct since I knew we could probably get it done sooner even though it would be a little bit more. The dispatch was great and the technician was prompt. He came in did a diagnostic for $79 which I was told covers his trip to my door and just to figure out the problem. He tells me that it is the voltage regulator. I do a little research on a voltage regulator and feel his pricing is high but usually is using a business rather than doing it myself. In addition he offers to clean the condensing unit for $65 to ensure proper airflow. I agree as I know it's dirty and feel it would benefit the new parts performance. He completes the job I feel the cool air..whoop whoop I'm excited. My husband is not home and cannot take calls at work, text me and asks to have him leave the old part. When I ask he explains that the part he replaced is significantly better quality than what was there as I kind of imagined it would and that he would leave it by the furnace as it leaks. After he left I grabbed the old part to take photos for my husband. Well the part is labeled a motor capacitor and is significantly less expensive than a voltage regulator. Our furnace sits behind our stand up freezer and I could barely find the old part placed back there. The technician did call and tried to explain they call a motor capacitor a voltage regulator that he has charged the same price for the same part eight times today. $382 for a new motor capacitor and a condenser cleaning that was all complete in less than the minimum hour fee, but that wasn't for labor that's to get them to my door. This will absolutely be our last experience with this company.

I have been using Premiere for years for any of my heating and cooling needs - They have been incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Plus, they've always shown up within hours of a call - which is something their competitors distinctly lack. They remember their customers and offer that small town, hard work ethic, in every visit.

Integrity is on the top of my list and everyone I’ve dealt with at Premier Heating & Air has delivered! They do what they promise efficiently and in a timely manner. They have replaced my AC, furnace and hot water heater. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

Don was super friendly and helpful. Got our AC fixed the same day we called at no extra charge, which on a day thats 105° is a life saver. He even took a little extra time to help clean our AC unit after fixing it because we didn't have a long enough hose to reach our unit and spray it off. Excellent service!

Our AC stopped working during a long heatwave. Called premier and their technician. Don showed up and had us fixed incredibly fast. I was actually blown away. From the time of the call to the repair being finished was about an hour. Incredibly professional. Great pricing. I will definitely be return customer.

Yesterday afternoon was a big downer when we realized at 4:30 pm that our AC was kaput. I was so distraught my hair was turning pink.

Anyway, I called Premier at 4:35pm and let's just start with: 1) Drew arrived at 8:30 the very next morning. 2) The folks here seem well trained in customer service skills. 3) Knowledgeable. 4) 10 am Up and Running!
Drew did a wonderful job taking care of us on a 105 degree day:)

Trace was fabulous! I need to get my Nest Thermostat reset from the previous owners and their wonky heat schedule. They came out within an hour and had it done in minutes. They made sure everything was working through the app before they left! So glad I found them, as someone new to the area, I needed a reliable HVAC company I can rely on!
