I am very grateful for the guidance we received from Tyler free of charge. We unexpectedly got an issue where only cold water was coming out of our hot faucets, so I reached out to Above and Beyond based on the great reviews. Tyler called me right back and correctly diagnosed the problem as the pilot light having gone out in our water heater. He then guided me step by step over the phone in turning the pilot light back on and shortly after we had hot water again. I am so impressed with Tyler’s knowledge and honesty, and glad now I know an excellent plumbing company I can wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you!

Wow! Tyler was amazing! We don't write reviews but for Tyler... we are! We were so afraid to bring another repair service in because we have been hosed by a couple of the big companies around the valley plumbing, electric, and so forth... but God is good and we found Tyler with Above and Beyond Plumbing LLC in Nampa. His pricing was reasonable, he worked fast, and even explained little tips to us for the future. Call him for any plumbing needs.

Great service

I had a backed up toilet when I needed to leave my house last Friday morning and was worried I could not get service before the weekend. I found this company on Yelp and called requesting immediate help if possible. The receptionist was very helpful and said she would try to get someone asap. Travis Parsons showed up only a few hours later and assessed my situation. The toilet flushed well, of course, when he was there so he checked it again and I decided not to do anything at that time, given there was no collateral issues. He did not charge me for the visit! I was so relieved because I really could not afford the expense right now. I will certainly use them if and when I need plumbing services again. I really appreciate the good communication and fast service.

Jim Colburn was awesome! He called as he was coming to our house. He gave an estimate on each project we wanted done. He completed his tasks and was extremely neat! I definitely will call Master Rooter Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

Jim was professional, kind and helpful. He was willing to show me what he was doing, and give plumbing advice. My plumbing is working well.

My first time using a plumber in this area and I called the one with the highest reviews that was close to me. Cliff was my technician. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and a true professional. Resolved a root buildup in our septic tank baffle within minutes and showed me exactly where they had grown and what he had done to remove them. He was fantastic. The only reason I give 4 stars is the price. I opted for some upcharges in my service, including hydrojetting and video/locating but even then $492 is too much for what turned out to be a simple drain cleaning that was only about 15 mins worth of work and 15 mins of setting up and taking down the equipment. I added 30 mins to his total time here of an hour with my questions. If I had known the pricing on the phone (I asked for it) and that they were out of Meridian and not Caldwell, I would have called someone else.

Jim was on time, knowledgeable and straight forward, we actually had a lot in common. He was honest in his assessment of our situation and provided me with info I hadn't taken into account. You have a very good man there. Thank you.

Master Plumbing is the only company I will use. Doug Shaw a year ago came out & fixed my clogged basement floor drain & he was very thorough & very polite & professional. I just had a gas pipe leak & I was thrilled it was Doug again who came out. He fixed the gas leak & he made sure that everything was turned on & that my furnace & dryer fired off before he left. It was after hours so a little more expensive but I still felt like it was a very fair price for all he did to fix the problem. I highly recommend Masters Plumbing.

Melissa was very personable and understood the crisis we were in since our family was coming into town and it was a few days before Christmas. She found a tech in our area and sent him right away. He was here within the hour! When Adam came out he was very kind and helped resolve our issues. We asked him to look at some other items and he was able to help us with those as well. Because of Melissa and Adam, Master Plumbing has gained a new customer!

Master Plumbing did a great job of getting a tech out to take a look at my water heater that wasn’t working. Jim C was the plumber who showed up. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem. He even went the extra mile of hanging on hold with Rheem tech support to get me the replacement part on warranty, saving me a few hundred dollars. Highly recommend Jim C and Master Plumbing.

Just had my second experience with Master Rooter Plumbing today. I was provided excellent service during both visits. In this recent visit, Jim Colburn replaced a kitchen faucet that has been troublesome for some years now. What I particularly liked about Jim was his attention to detail. He was extremely professional in all aspects of the job. Very personable as well.

Friday night our kitchen sink faucet hose sprung a leak and was spraying water over the counter.
We looked at plumbing reviews and saw the great ones for Master Plumbing. We called their 24 hour service and was scheduled for the next day (Saturday).
Journeyman Jim Colburn arrived and had the solution to our problem immediately.
He also took care of other plumbing repair needs we had put off, toilets and shower upgrades.
Jim was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained what he was doing. He also left each work area cleaner than when he arrived.
He will be our “go to” choice for future plumbing needs.
