I was assigned Steve McClenny to install my water softener. He was so punctual, that he even showed up early! Easy to book, top notch communication. Steve handled everything I needed while I was working from home and managed to take care of everything I needed without interrupting my work. He knew I was on the phone and made it his mission to be in and out. He had all the parts needed with him and was able to get everything done in an hour. Highly recommend!

Sigh.
Just got a past Due Bill. Called up to ask why. They told me the bill must have crossed in the mail. Funny. The technician was paid with a check. Mail had nothing to do with billing my folks twice.

Tried to charge $4000 to replace water heater that needed the pilot light relite for my aged Parents. (85 and 92 respectively.)

Admittedly it's an old water heater but nothing was wrong with it. Hunter Johns came out to "fix" it and told my folks it could not be fixed and the price is $4000 to replace it.

I did not believe him so I looked up prices issues that could cause this while he was on the phone.

I quickly went up the list of possible problems from replacing the

He told me he'd have to call his boss.
He kept telling me no warranty on the work like that was a magic bullet.

I asked him to test some things hoping he could diagnose the problem. He went to my first guess as the problem. (Bad thermocouple) and told me that'll be $400.
I asked him to run a test for me. RELIGHT the pilot and see if it stays lit.

He did and it stayed lit. Charged me $200 for something I could have done if I were not at work.

Jim was able to locate a pretty bad leak quickly, fix the leak, advise me on next steps, make a referral and even set up a same day appointment all within 30 minutes. He was very professional, and understanding with my space-invading toddler. Would highly recommend.

Jeff at Master Plumbing was able to fix our leak the same day we called! He was in and out efficiently and was very kind. Hopefully we won’t ever need them again, but if we do we’ll definitely call for their services again!

Austin was wonderful. He was on time, and very quick to assess our problem. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took time to be sure all our questions were answered and also gave us options for the future. Hopefully our problem is solved, but if we need a plumber master in the future, we will call this company!

My technician was Kyle, he was very nice, knowledgeable, wore booties in my house, he checked and triple checked to make sure there were no issues or leaks, replaced my bathroom sink and left the bathroom just like he found it, I would definitely recommend Master Plumbing and more importantly Kyle, he will be my go to for ant future plumbing needs, thank you Kyle for everything!!!!

My experience with Jim was very nice. He was extremely professional yet easy to talk too at the same. He showed me the old parts and explained how they had worn to the point of replacement. He was prompt well kept and friendly. Thank you.

Had absolutely the best plumbing work done ever today with our splendid plumber! I have save his info to my cell phone and definitely will be calling him the next time I need a plumber! He was courteous, efficient, and the price was quite reasonable. He gave us a senior citizen discount we didn't even request, how thoughtful!
