Kyle showed up on time and was thorough in his explanation and locating the leak. The repairs were made quickly and all costs were disclosed before the work was started. If you need plumbing repairs i recommend Master Plumbing and hope you get Kyle.

Kyle did an awesome job. We had two water heaters and both of them were down. Kyle pulled them both out and reconfigured the ducting and the intake outtake to work with the new water heater. He was here for a number of hours and did a very professional job I would recommend master plumbing to anyone

We had a backed up septic tank late in the evening, and they came out within 30 minutes of us calling. The tech did a good job and was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad I called them and I definitely will in the future!

Joe W did an awesome job! Over and above! Can’t say enough positive things about him! We had some unfortunate problems with PRIOR shoddy plumbing installed when the building was built. It involved leaks into a very angry downstairs neighbor’s bathroom lights. It wasn’t pretty, but Joe worked wonders with the neighbor, the HOA, and us to get it resolved peacefully.

Needed a gas connection for a backup generator installed. Pero came out very quickly, gave me a quote 1/3 the price of most of the competition and, as the only out of 5 companies I talked to, offered to not only install the gas line but also hook up the generator. The work was done quickly and competently.

Mike Pero replaced a hot water recirculating pump in our home. He came over just before Christmas 2020, and was willing to work us in even though he was already booked up that week. Mike did a nice job, and left everything clean when he was done. He even replaced the water heater pilot thermocouple that stopped working on him at no extra charge. Mike was responsive, easy to work with, and did an excellent job. He was also very good about wearing a mask the entire time he was here. We will call him the next time we need any plumbing work done.
