This was our second time having Express Septic come and pump our system. James was personable and professional. He educated us well on our system, of the different options for upkeep and care, and the membership options. I didn't price compare, so I don't know where they land compared to others. The price for the service nearly doubled since we used them two years ago, though, so that was a bit of a surprise. But service was fantastic.

They made it so easy! Booking the appointment, communication and day of service - I live out of state and was trying to coordinate the service when I would be in town. They were very flexible with my schedule. Day of service, tech had an earlier window, the office called me and let me know and he showed up about 15 min. Later. The tech, Levi, was great! Very professional and got right to work. Super friendly! I highly recommend and will use them again. Thanks!

These people don't know anything, recommended a really crappy and expensive product that wasn't what I needed, and gave me less than what I paid for, then wouldn't let me return it. I would give no stars but that's not an option. Recommend never shopping here.

I have gone to Grovers in Nampa for years. Blaine is my guy and whether it is info on sprinklers or the gas water heater I just bought , he gives me great advice . I feel over the past 30 years I have gone there , I have saved hundreds of dollars doing it myself. I will continue to give them my business!

Service is outstanding! Had to replace a sprinkler solenoid today. They were busy, but a service desk employee saw what I had in my hand and immediately grabbed a replacement that was exactly what I needed.

I'm new to this area and was told about Grover's when I needed a replacement Bathroom Exhaust Fan. Neither of the big Hardware/Home Improvement stores had it but Grover's did. The same thing happened with a Water Heater blanket. They may not be the cheapest but time and availability are worth money. Plus their customer service is over the top.

The staff is what sets Grover's apart. Their knowledge level is unmatched. The store is well stocked and labeled. Definitely the place to go for electrical and plumbing in the valley.

Don't go stand in the electric aisle at Home Depot and just stare at the wall. Go to Groover's, tell them what you are doing and they will pick out all the products you need, give you advice and draw you a map. The only place we will go from now on.

Grover's pay and pack hardly ever disappoints. I have been shopping in the Nampa store for decades and they are very knowledgeable and most of them have a great attitude and a genuine desire to help.

Jared helped me out today. I wasn't sure what i needed but i explained my project to him and he was patient and went above and beyond to find me what i needed. They will definitely get my business for any other plumbing projects.

I've been to this particular Grovers 4 times in the past 3 months. I've had a bad experience each time. I've been helped by a different person each time and I'm not sure if I just caught each person on a bad day or what but the customer service has been severely lacking. From the moment I entered to the moment I left it was just a negative experience. I would much rather shop here instead of Home Depot or Lowe's but after you give a place 4 chances it's time to learn your lesson.

I had purchased a water heater that I was not able to use. I had lost the receipt. These gentlemen were happy to look up my purchase and made phone calls to help me with a refund. The staff (Mel is my guy) rock to the moon and back!!!

Went in for some small plumbing parts. The store is big, clean, open and orderly with lots of selections. I did find the parts we needed, but I had to look around and wait for a sales person to help assist me find the parts.

Great place for your electric and plumbing needs. They have a lot larger selection than Homies Depot and if you don't find it yourself grab a number and talk to someone that knows what they are talking about!!! Not that everyone at homies depot doesn't. Their pro desk and department managers usually know thecir stuff really well. L lol ok I can come over and get you a 5
