Love this place. When they are busy it can be difficult to find someone to help you, but they are efficient and willing when you do flag someone down. Their prices are mostly comparable to Lowes and the Home Despot (and best of luck getting knowledgeable help there!). The store is so well organized and without extraneous sections that even I with no electrical or plumbing experience can usually locate whatever I was sent to fetch without help. I wish I had remembered the name of the woman who has most frequently been at the register for my visits this week, because she is awesome; give her a raise!

Customer service is excellent and for the parts we got they were actually less expensive at Grovers.

You only get 90% of price back if you return within 3 days of purchase and they limit the returns to 6 items. (We bought a few extra items because it was our first kitchen reno) They also didn't mention this until we were checking out. I'll take my business to a big box store. Thanks for wasting my time and stealing my money

Needed special light bulbs and the guy that helped me was very helpful, if he hadn't said don't touch the glass of the bulbs I would have ruined them

Needed a competent person at that service help desk. The guy swore this was the correct outlet. Not even close.

This Grover is the best! Danielle went above and beyond to work with me on a setup for a sprinkler pump. I’ve worked with many others, Tony often, over the last 25 years and they are well trained and knowledgeable - and PATIENT:) Thanks Danielle and Grover.

I thought I needed a "low voltage switch" to control the 24 volts used with my gas fireplace. I also needed a gallon of paint, so I went to Lowes figuring I could get both items there. I showed the wall switch to the Lowe's person, and told her what it was for. She said they didn't carry low voltage switches. To her credit, she said maybe Grover's might have a low voltage switch.

I went to Grover's and showed the guys the switch and, as I did in Lowe's, asked for a low voltage switch. They immediately said the switch I had was a standard 120V wall switch. That it would work with 24 volts, but it was not a "special low voltage switch". He handed me a replacement switch and $3 and 5 minutes later I was in my car and on my way home.

I learned my lesson. Always go to Grover's for electrical and plumbing needs. It's just so much easier!

Danielle was super knowledgeable and helpful with both our large sprinkler project as well as our electrical system. This store has the best associates in the valley. Thanks Grovers :)

The staff here are soooo helpful. In the process of changing from electric kitchen range to gas and had questions of how best to convert the 220 voltage to 120 volts. Was very concerned about doing any special wiring or hiring electrician to do the job. Rick was very helpful. He mentioned a plug-in adapter that simply plugs into the 220 jack and drops it down to 120 volt 15 amp, with builtin fuse...non replaceable. Truly plug and play. They didn't have any in stock so he looked up the part number and I found it on Amazon...of course. I did have to change the 220 socket from 3 wire to 4 wire to accommodate the adapter, but that was a relatively simple procedure, and Rick walked me through that too. They have helped me with plumbing issues before so I was very confident they could help me with this too. This thing is SOOOOO slick.

A plumbing store that doesn't carry regular aerator screens? Just the screens, with NO adapters. They looked at me like I was from Mars or something.
My bathroom faucet is old and doesn't have an adapter, you just shove the screen up into the faucet.
They have plenty of "aerator adapters" that are 10x more money than just a simple screen.
Had to go to Lowes to get a simple package of screens.
Unbelievable. If I ever need plumbing supplies, this will be the very last place I'd go.
    FAIL

We had our home built in 2016 using Grover as our lighting fixture and electrical supplier. They keep excellent records and always have what we need. This time I needed a universal light fixture for my living room fan. They had exactly what I wanted and on a red tag sale to boot! Thanks Becky! Great work!

Needed AC capacitor after air conditioner stopped working. Couldn’t find one in the usual spots and didn’t want to wait for an Amazon order or worry about the quality of the part. Ferguson had it and they were so helpful, air back on that day!
