Roto -Rooter was able to get a tech out with in a couple hours. Anthony figured out my water heater problem right away. He stuck around helped with other appliances. He was reliable and trustworthy.

Braden was great. We worked out a plan together and he was very thorough. Blockage in the supply line that was dealt with. All faucets checked. He was lovely to have help us fix our problems. We have drinking water again!

I had a great experience with Roto Rooter. I called them in the late morning on a Monday and the woman who picked up (Stephanie) was kind and heard what I needed and told me someone could come the same day. Then called me back within 5 minutes and told me someone was going to be coming even earlier than expected. John arrived at my house and put protective covers on his shoes as to be respectful of my home. I assumed this is standard, but it was very thoughtful. He was very helpful, listened to everything I had to say. I have been dealing with a long term issue with other companies and he listened to me vent with clear frustration and was still able to understand what I needed him to do. He got in our crawl space three times and tried several different things to properly diagnose the problem before leaving with potential solutions offered and a low-pressure quote for me to review and let him know if we need to move forward. He had someone from his restoration team arrive quickly to offer another quote for clearing up some water. Jose was very helpful and patiently waited for me to get off the phone before reviewing his findings and proposed plan. Overall a very positive experience. They were quick, friendly and helpful. What we all thought might be a clog in the main line from the house to the septic tank became a much more involved project. The approximately 70-year-old Orangeburg pipe had collapsed, days before Christmas. Our two workers, Jose and Tony, worked until 11:30 pm on December 23rd to complete the job so we would have toilets, showers, and sinks to use during the Christmas break. They came back late on the 26th to backfill the trenches. It was a complicated job, due to the "archaeology" of the site -- a previous & empty septic tank in the way, an empty but also in-the-way underground oil tank, and an AC unit sitting on a concrete pad above the old pipe exit. They rerouted the internal basement plumbing and drilled a new exit hole for the septic line. It was expensive work, of course. They did everything in a professional and friendly manner. Great guys.

Anthony was great. Needed same day service for a water heater issue. Anthony N. Was able to come out same day (was even able to arrive a little earlier!). Very friendly and efficient. Fixed the issue and also took his time to explained the problem so we can mitigate future issues. Definitely recommend, other companies were days out and we could not wait that long. Have used Roto-Rooter in the past and they have always been great.

Had a leak in my bathroom, called the after hours line & Jameson responded within about 10 to 15 minutes. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, explaining what went wrong & what would need to happen now, along with educating me on preventative measures in the future. Completely satisfied with this experience. Would recommend.
