Installed while I was asleep; my wife got no instructions or part number for our RO filters. The faucet install on our counter rotates 360 degrees, not sure if that’s supposed to be that way? Just overall confused.

These guys came to mccall to do a small bathroom remodel for me. They were kind, efficient and new exactly what to do. Very Affordable and I would recommend these guys to small or big jobs. Thanks again.

I don’t know where to start!! RR has been AMAZING to work with!! They took a really terrible situation involving a full septic tank replacement and actually made it bearable!! Their onsite staff, Matt and Jamison, were extremely personable, hard working and above all else very knowledgeable in their efforts! They were kind, considerate and very respectful of the situation and maintaining the surrounding property as best they could. They were diligent in cleaning up and establishing a suitable aesthetic before leaving. I will ALWAYS use RR for future needs and projects and would not hesitate recommending them for all your septic needs. Great job and Thank you again so much!!

A gentleman named Matt came to my house today to fix a clogged toilet. I called yesterday afternoon and they said they could get someone out that day or the next day. I requested the next day. My toilet had been backing up and I was unable to fix it no matter how much I tried. The night before I worked on the toilet for 3 hours and eventually realized I needed a real bathroom plumber. So Matt came today, and five minutes later, he had fixed my toilet! I was rushing to a work meeting and he came in, got the job done and was very professional. I asked him what I owed him for his time and services. He told me from a personal ethical standpoint if he fixes a toilet with the owners plunger, that quickly, he doesn’t feel right charging for it. I was shocked but so appreciative. The company had someone there the next day, fixed my plumbing issue and was beyond generous with their time and their services. Matt is his name, and Matt not only fixed my issue, but completely made my day with his personal motto and how he treated the situation. I am beyond happy with the services he provided and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Whoever is Matt’s manager, I want to tell you, Matt is the man! He was on time, professional and all around an amazing representative of your organization. You have a great team and company culture.

The worst! They take advantage of a client in time of distress, tear up your house to jack up cost, and don’t communicate at all!! The job went from 15 sq ft to my entire basement being torn apart without even a courtesy call to inform me. The sales team called me multiple times to fix things at a different address and never sent me a quote for the thing that could have potentially needed repaired at my address. Granted I would never use them anyway. I called to speak with the manager prior to writing this review and they couldn’t be bothered to speak with me. Do better Roto-Rooter!

Matt & John came out to replace our main sewer line. When Matt came to give a quote he had read the notes on our account and came prepared. He was professional and knowledgeable. We are so glad we went with them over the competitors. The work they did was quality, with good materials, quality workmanship, and excellent communication every step of the way. They even helped with an unrelated issue while they were already here. I can’t believe they pulled this project off as quickly as they did and in triple digit heat the whole time. Thank you all for your excellent work! We are so happy to be back in our home with functional plumbing again!

Was a really nice and clean install with very little impact to my old house. The quotes amont was accurate and I had my handyman verify and confirm.
