FYI: Grover's Plumbing & Electric in Nampa is very heavy handed in their "wear a mask policy". The cashier stopped cashiering just to inform me that a mask is required in their store. She then began to chase me so I would not get too far into the store. She gave no reason when I asked her to tell me why, other than it's store policy. Too Bad because I was there for a $5.00 Pipe cap as well as my $1000.00 Irrigation Project. Oh well, I guess fear is more important than local business. Grover's can go suck eggs for all I care. I'll never go there again.

Grover’s is the original go to for electrical & plumbing since as long as I can remember. My dad went there & I always tagged along. Now I go there!! They’re the most knowledgeable & the employees are friendly. I recommend them!!

GROVERS still has ’live’ people with real answers!

It’s extremely annoying when the Lady with long black and gray hair at the counter constantly feels like she has to instruct everyone on how to use the credit/debit machine. Explaining every step is so annoying. Most of us adults don’t have to be treated like kids. It’s every time someone checks out. The line can be 5 people long and will make sure each and everyone is schooled, even though we all hear you, every freaking time!!!!!!

I was looking for a igniter sensor rod piece for my furnace and I went to Home Depot, Lowe's,
and another places. Nobody had it but Grover's did ! Thanks Grovers and employees that helped me.

I don't normally review places, but grovers is horrible. Their adds tout that they are known for amazing customer service. That is the complete opposite. Every time I've had to go in there, their service men are so unhelpful, take forever, and the last guy i tried to get help from was a complete jerk. Their cashiers are crotchety grumpy women and are not looking to make the experience something you’d want to experience again. The only reason i’ve ever gone there is because it is where mu dad used to go for sprinkler parts. But after my experience today, there’s no way I'm going back.

The white haired gentleman with the glasses (i didn't catch his name) was a 10/10. Thank you so much for the help 🙏🇺🇸

I've never had a bad experience shopping at Grovers. The employees are always extremely helpful, professional and very knowledgeable.

Walked in and noticed the store was busy. Walked a few isles to see if I could find what I was looking for. Jared asked how I was doing so proceeded to tell him what I was looking for. He was super knowledgeable about my issue with a pressure tank. Thanked me for coming in to check out the store.

I will drive by three hardware/big box stores to do business here. They are simply the best, enabling anyone to be a plumber/electrician for a day. I try to bring my creative problems to these guys/gals because they love a challenge. This is a great store. Their prices are within pennies of the lowest anywhere.

We bought 6 - 36" pipes & we had to have them recut to 32" . We
dropped them off 10 minutes before closing time last night. We went in at 9:00 this morning & found out they were
cut last night so they were ready for us first thing this morning. Plus we were not charged for the recut. Excellent customer service. Thanks to Grover's excellent & knowledgeable staff.

Grover's, simply put, is awesome! They make sure you know and understand, step by step, how to replace or repair whatever it is you are working on. Even when there is a line of customers waiting to be helped, they make sure you understand and know how to DIY. They don't rush. They do their job... So you can do yours!

    Amazing customer service.

I walked in and grabbed a ticket. Within a minute I had a dedicated employee helping me. He was knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed. Great buying experience.

I used Samsung Pay with my watch, too.

    Grover's is the best.
I had to replace irrigation pump filter casing. I brought in the old damaged casing, and before i could say anything.
The Grover's employee looked at me then said i know exactly what you need, follow me.
It was by far the BEST experience, and customer care i have ever received.
    Thank you Grover's!

I have been working on a major plumbing project, and appreciate all the help their staff has provided. I forgot a bag of product today, and they not only had it set aside, but recognized me as I came through the door. I appreciate the small town service attitude thank you guys.

Grover is my go to place for any plumbing, electrical, or lighting needs I might have. They have experts on staff that have helped me numerous times make sure I get all the correct components I need for the job I am working on. We are renovating our home, and they have been a valuable resource for me as an amateur DIY kind of guy. Merle is particularly knowledgeable and helpful, but everyone else I've dealt with also knows their stuff. I've also found that most times they are very competitive on price in comparison with the big box stores, often beating their prices.

I'm a big fan of Grover's. Year's back I was looking to do a remodel and I shopped all the big box stores. I ended up buying everything from Grover's. They were super competitive on pricing and their people knew exactly how to install everything.

The last several times I've gone I've talked to Tony at the 824 Caldwell Blvd Nampa store. He is so knowledgeable on everything I bring in he knows exactly what parts I need to fix it. I can't recommend Tony enough. He is very rare of someone who's been doing it for decades and he knows exactly how to fix any problem you have in your home or business.

    I highly recommend Grover's!

I go into Grover’s while Lowes is just down the boulevard because I can get in and out quickly. More importantly, the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable in a variety of disciplines and can quickly point me to electrical or plumbing materials that I need. I often work on out-of-the-ordinary projects which requires creative solutions and the employees are helpful in describing the characteristics of various components. All of my visits, which have been many, have been great. Keep up the good work!!!

The first time I visited Grover's was years ago after breaking the kitchen faucet. Not only did they have the plastic part, they gave it to me for free. I've been back many times since and can usually find exactly what I need because the store is so well organized and stocked with electrical and plumbing parts. On the times when I haven't found what I was looking for, I have taken a number and talked to an expert who understood my problem and helped me find a solution.

On my most recent trip, I needed help with clam shells that keep plugging up my irrigation system. They had excellent ideas for how to work everything loose and now everything is working 100%. Plus their idea was way easier to do than what I was planning.

I know of no better place for plumbing and electrical parts and advice.

Younger guy working right before close on Sep 7, 2024 reminded me of good old fashioned customer service! Professional appearance, attitude and willing to help. I miss that, how refreshing to see that again.
