We had a nightmare situation with flooding. I called Wickstrom Plumbing Heating and Cooling and they sent out Todd right away. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He diagnosed and helped resolve all issues efficiently without any mess or hassle.
What really stood out was his attention to detail—he even gave us tips on maintenance to prevent future problems. Pricing was fair and transparent, no surprises. If you're dealing with any plumbing woes, especially appliances, these guys are the best. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars!

Matt and Mike did a superb job coming out and pumping my septic. They made sure the inlet and outflow aspects were clean and functioning properly. They pointed out draining issues and offered solutions. They beat the price of previous pumping service.
They should be your first call for any septic issues.

I tried calling a plumber and no answer. Left message that our water heater went out. No one even bothered to call back to let us know they were too busy! I saw the Wickstrom van in my area and copied the phone number. Called with a very pleasant woman answering the phone and said she would have someone call the same day. A plumber called me that day and made appointment to come out. They sent me an email that morning with a picture of the plumber and the time he’d arrive! Right on time! Looked over our situation and gave estimate to fix. We had both 25 year old water heaters removed and new on demand system put in. They showed up every day and worked 5 days till done. Neat and clean and always cleaned up after themselves daily! Love the new system and so happy this winter will be stress free because they will come out if any problems at all. Terrific team and great personalities with Bo, Sam, Garrett and Scott! We can’t thank you enough!! Our Corgi just couldn’t leave them alone, so kind to him! Thank you so much!

Farris and Max came out to remove scale and rust buildup in our cast iron main sewage drain. Using a camera for inspection and a chain flail to remove the buildup. Then they used a water jet to wash away all of the waste material. With a final inspection using the camera it was obvious that they did a complete job. They were very professional and thought of the little things like covering their shoes when going in the house. They took their time and made sure the job was done properly. But most of all they listened to my concerns and acted on them. I would recommend to everyone.

Farris did a good job by explaining every step and what needs to be done with me.

We woke up with a clogged drainage causing a back flow that flood the deck at our garage.
We called Wickstrom and they were able to come check for us.
We called other companies before calling wickstrom but we ended up with wickstrom .
Dispatch fee for others is 3x what wickstrom is charging. Wickstrom charges $39 as dispatch fee. The others were quoting 90's and 180's for emergencies outside regular business hours.
I will recommend wickstrom for all your plumbing needs. They also have a cool membership plan for maintenance that I think it's a good deal.

Austin and Greg did a great job inspecting the furnace at our new house. They always take their time and take care of us the right way. Today they installed a new smart thermostat for us and garuanteed our furnace for the next 6 months! Thanks again Austin!

Wickstrom was professional and fairly priced with quick service.

Plumbers Alex and Joe did a great job replacing and relocating a stuck main water shutoff inside a crawl space for us, plus some additional under cabinet shutoffs. I would hire them and Wickstrom again in a heartbeat for any services.

My furnace went out and Wickstrom sent Carter over, he diagnosed the problem quickly and gave several options on repairs, he got it fixed and it’s working better than it ever has!

Also had a toilet that was causing problems and they sent out Colton to make the repairs, he ended up replacing it with a new chair height toilet! He also did a full service on my water, replaced the anode rod and a blown expansion tank!

I was referred to Wickstrom through a Facebook neighborhood page when we had a toilet back up. I called and to my surprise they were running some great promos! I was able to schedule service for the next day from 9-12pm. I received a call day of and was told my tech was available sooner. For anyone who has a backed up toilet, sooner than later is a blessing. Farris came with his orange booties and Wickstrom floor mat and saved the day! He was very knowledgeable, explained in detail different scenarios we could expect, and gave us advice on different products we could use to make sure our pipes were working well! We not only unclogged the toilet but he also went outside to make sure it was clearing to the sewage line. I highly suggest this company for your plumbing needs and if it’s a drainage issue, definitely ask for Farris!

Water heater circulator pump replacement. The work was done great and in a timely manor. But I was charged $1750 for a $350 part that took less than an hour to install.

The entire process from setting up the appointment through the repair was excellent. They were able to respond within a couple hours and I received an email and text when the technician was on his way. Farris resolve the issue in just a few minutes.

Wickstrom was a pleasure to work with. All technicians that we met with, Greg, Chris, and Jay, were all very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with the work that was completed, and now live stress-free knowing that if any problems arise, Wickstrom will be there to help. Thanks so much!

What a great experience. Farris was friendly and efficient. I appreciate company standards of wearing shoe covers and using their own doormat to keep our home clean. I would definitely use this company again for plumbing problems.

They gave me a price of 2400.00 to replace the water filter under my house. They were charging 300.00 for a 3/4 ball valve. Another local plumber done the job for 600.00 using the same water filter and took less than 30 min. DON'T TRUST THEM, The other plumber offers all the items you mentioned in your reply. FOR 1/4 THE PRICE. You thought you seen the opportunity to make a quick buck off an old guy that didn't have water. Or should I say take advantage of.

Farris is friendly and easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. He quickly diagnosed the reason our kitchen sink repeatedly backed up. No matter how carefully we controlled what went down our garbage disposal.

Turns out there was a belly in our drain line. He quickly developed a repair plan and set us up to fix the issue.

I have used Wickstrom for HVAC services for 19 years. A family owned company, they have always been responsive, courteous and stand behind their work. The staff is always respectful and friendly. Today our furnaces were serviced by Carter from their HVAC department. We will certainly request that he complete our service again. Great customer service!

Very quick and responsive! I had a clogged kitchen sink and I called Jess around 10am and they had Farris to my house within a couple hours!
He explained everything to me before, during and after the process.
