The whole team was wonderful to work with! From Rochelle and Mary Ann on the phone to the technicians Colton and Chris. The process of consultation to scheduling a service was quick and easy. They replaced our tankless water heater in a tight space with certainly not the most ideal conditions. They were very communicative about how we'd need to adapt to make it work. The fellas were very personable and gave wonderful customer service in home. As a woman alone in the house they were very respectful and I felt safe, which is alway a priority. Thank you to the whole team for making an unfortunate situation easy to remedy!

We have had excellent service with Wickstrom. The latest was replacing faulty (prior install not by Wickstrom) shut off valves throughout the home. Connor did an excellent job, was thorough, and kept us informed throughout. Two of the old valves leaked and we were happy they were caught in the inspection.

We needed to have our whole house re-piped. After getting bids from 3 different companies we went with Wickstrom. They were more expensive, but they also found a lot of issues that the other companies did not - like the fact that our outside hose bibs were connected to our softened water, and where the source of a leak was that the other companies couldn't find. Chris and Jake were extremely knowledgeable, worked hard and appeared to be great mentors to Joe. We felt well taken care of and like we were getting more than what we paid for. Their approach was honest and straight forward and we would highly recommend them, and Wickstrom, for any plumbing needs.

I reached out to Wickstrom, and they responded faster than I expected—Todd our technician was courteous and efficient. He was well equipped with all the right tools, and had a deep understanding of all our plumbing needs.

Exceptional service that saved my day! For any appliance plumbing needs, these pros are unbeatable. 5 stars without hesitation—I'll be calling them again!

Chris with Wickstrom did an amazing job installing our new tankless water heater, Chris was very knowledgeable and explained how the unit worked as well as answering all my questions. Very professional, great costumer service. Thank you so very much for a great experience.

Proceed with caution. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Wickstrom’s warrants it. I decided to go with another company at a fraction of the price, but the early red flags from Wickstrom:
1. $4k quote for running 16’ of above ground black iron pipe for a gas line.
2. Refusal to itemize the quote because, “their system isn’t capable of itemizing costs.” Either they’re pulling costs out of thin air and incompetent, or they’re lying to their customers.
3. When pressed, Wickstrom’s rep, Rochelle, attributed 40-50% of the cost estimate to home office overhead costs, which is actually unbelievable.
4. Incorporating excavation costs in a job that didn’t include excavation, even after being reminded twice the project required no excavation.
5. Wickstrom’s contacted Intermountain Gas for locator services before I agreed to the work. I appreciate the proactiveness, but it felt as if they were using Intermountain Gas to pressure me to sign the contract.
6. The incessant pressure to sign up for their monthly service membership.
7. The fact that Tyler Wickstrom and his extensive family have so many businesses, providing same or similar services, in this area that are actively registered with the Idaho Secretary of State.

Jacob Redford came and fixed a shower drain blockage in our primary bathroom. He was quick, efficient and professional. We are very grateful for his help and would definitely use Magic Plumbing again.

We moved into a new house and needed the plumbing to be looked at and the water heater checked. Patrick was absolutly amazing and found out that the T&P valve in our water heater needed to be replaced. Saved us a lot of time and money if he hadnt found it cause I sure wouldnt have! Would highly reccomend and will be calling them for all our plumbing needs!

You know what's magic about Magic Plumbing? Having a highly trained plumber give you a call to let you know he's on his way, having the plumber arrive exactly on time (my window was 8-10 AM) and the plumber (Jake) arrived at 8:10. Amazing. Jake was a great representative for Magic Plumbing. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Magic plumbing has been our go to company for all our plumbing needs since our home was built in 2020. Everyone at Magic is great from the office staff to the line personnel. I highly reccomend them. 5 stars!

Jacob did a spectacular job on a custom steam shower install. Very professional and his work quality was top notch. Highly recommend Jacob @ Magic Plumbing for any plumbing job, large or small.

The responded to my inquiry almost immediately and set up an appointment right away. Jake, the plumber who did our work was terrific. He was friendly, professional, quick and did good work. The job involved pulling the toilet and installing a new wax seal, replacing the emergency shut off valve, and replacing the fill valve and flap. Magic's quote was about 25% lower (including parts and labor) than the other quotes I got on the job from two other plumbers. I'll definitely call them again if I have another plumbing issue I need to deal with.

Jacob Quinn with Magic Plumbing did an outstanding job with helping repair a leaking faucet. Jacob was very professional explaining the details of his recommended repairs as well as making us aware of other inadequate parts that he recommended replacing. Thank you Jacob for taking care of this issue with such professionalism!

Jacob solved our hot water problems efficiently and professionally. We have a brand new home, and the kitchen faucet would not ever get hot- luke-warm at best, even after five minutes. Jacob determined that a gummed up valve was allowing cold water in. Once he replaced it, another problem was encountered: our tankless water system’s warm water recirculating pump was not scheduled to turn on at all. After Jacob programmed it, we now have instant hot water at every faucet. Thank you Jacob!

Jacob did an amazing install of our dryer gas line. Super clean and minimal access required to the drywall. He planned well and really executed!!

Magic Plumbing is great. When we have an emergency, they are very responsive and come out really quickly. Jake is awesome. He really knows his stuff and is honest about our options.

Thank you for a job well done! Very good communication and very happy with Jake. He replaced the water spout in master tub that was leaking and sent me before and after photos for our rental in Boise. He also gave recommendations for water softener.

Had an irrigation leak at main valve area. found leak at 9pm. Property Manager called and Jake from Magic showed up ASAP. He tested the valve with a log pipe that I could hear t heater running through the vibration. He found the correct problem valve and shut it of so we could still have house water. Jake is the tech you would want working your issues!!!
