Magic plumbing for the win once again. We have had them come out to our home on several occasions for extra work. Today we were assisted by Tom Day. He was superb. Thanks again for fast, reliable service.

Water heater had a galvanized pipe that was rusting from the inside out. Tom came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly with no fluff. Happy with the service we have gotten from Magic Plumbing!

Installed my water conditioner a few years back. When I had a question, they had the answers and helped me get it running again, in one trip. Today, Feb 5, 2025, Tom(?) was very good at teaching me and being really patient. He even re-installed a small part he didn't like the look of, no charge. Old fashion good service you don't see any more. And he fine tuned the settings. Awesome!!!

Great experience with Magic Plumbing today. They came out and assessed a leak we had going on in our yard after our irrigation was turned on. We didn’t want to wait on the city in case we might have had a pipe that burst. They sent their tech out within an hour of my call. Tom was so friendly and personable! He looked around all of our irrigation and even went in our crawl space to confirm we had no water leaking from our house. I appreciate the extra checks and peace of mind! :) We will use them again in the future!

I had a water softener installed. Steve was the plumber/technician who did the install and he was great. He was very knowledgeable, on time, answered all of our questions and gave us answers to questions we didn't even think of. The quality of the water softener was very good, and the cost of service for good as well. I am an Army Veteran, and they offered a substantial Veteran's discount. I would recommend Magic Plumbing and Steve any day!

I had a bathroom sink with no water. I was worried the supply lines were locked up with hard deposits (the home is about 60 years old) and are impossible to get to. I was really expecting an expensive ordeal.

Tom Day came my home and spent a couple minutes asking me questions while inspecting the problem. He wrestled with a couple thing for almost thirty seconds and voila!

When stuff like that happens I usually feel pretty stupid. I forget what you really are paying for has nothing to do with tools or time… you are paying for the years of training and experience. And even with that, Tom cut the normal price for a call in half.

Ask for him when you need a friendly pro.

Tom came out and fixed our RO system after I couldn’t figure it out myself. He was professional, quick, and clean. I will definately call them again when needed!

Jack did an outstanding job
. He had a full day and couldn't arrive until after 4, but put in 3+ hours to make sure our tankless water heater worked properly. These guys are my plumbers moving forward!

Tom did a great job repairing our leak in an efficient manner. He and his crew were friendly and informative. I appreciate they fast response to our problem. Also, the office was friendly and helpful to schedule our service call.
