Malcolm was amazing. He showed up early Labor Day morning, took a couple minutes to survey the disaster I had caused under my kitchen sink, grabbed the parts he needed from his truck and got right to work.

He went above and beyond, repairing a number of things that had been issues for years. He was personable, professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He also had some simple advice about to prevent similar issues in the future.

I called to get a quote on a new water purifier. Jake came the next morning and listened to what we were looking for and explained our options. No pressure at all. We chose a Halo5 water system. He was able to install it that day. We couldn't be more happy. This company rocks!

Fantastic company, have you used these guys a few times now, once for a water heater and the other time for a whole water filter. I've met the owner and he's extremely meticulous and diligent, and so are his guys, they really make sure they do a thorough job and go above and beyond, can't recommend enough.

We had some issues with our soft water system that Jacob was able to resolve for us. He even designed a cleaner, more efficient setup for the system and we are super happy with the end result. Thank you for the letter, first your company installed a galvanized elbow on the water heater second installed popit valves instead of 1/4 turn valve your company plumbed our new colemen home by what the letter stated. The elbow failed 2nd year and the pop-it valves shut off water everyday to every faucet and toilet. We will be in touch

Turn around was great, they arrived at our scheduled time, they had my water softener on the truck, was able to install it right away and at a better price then what was quoted from the other guys. Tom did a great job! My water softener went out. Magic sent Tom out the very next morning. Turns out the mother board went bad. It was an old unit. I decided to buy a new Novo unit. Tom came out the very next day and installed the new one. Majorly quick service. He did a great job and put my hose bib in an easily accessible spot. I highly recommend Magic. Special thanks to Jake for an extraordinary job. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job quickly without cutting any corners. I needed two replacement parts on my water heater and he flushed out the tank for a very fair price. I was pleasantly surprised. He also took the time to answer several questions that I had.
