I've been retired since 2008 and a few years ago I decided I was no longer going to take care of my lawn & landscaping. I remembered a young man graduating high school that received a scholarship from our village chamber that said he was starting a lawn care business to pay for his college. I called Costas of Midwest Breeze Landscaping (the name he gave his business) and have never been disappointed. His personal dedication is wonderful. I highly recommend him as I utilize him for all my home's outside needs.

I have been using Midwest Breeze Landscaping for a while now for my lawn care and fertilizer and they have been consistently great. Kosta, the owner, is always on time, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes pride in his work. The lawn is always cut evenly with clean edges, and after the fertilizer the grass looks noticeably greener and healthier.

Everything is done thoroughly and never feels rushed, and the yard is always left clean when he’s finished. If you’re looking for reliable lawn care from someone who actually cares about the quality of their work, I would definitely recommend Midwest Breeze Landscaping.

Selvin and his crew removed massive amounts of snow from our roof and cleared snow from our gutter's downspouts. They did their best to move the removed snow that was on the ground away from the house. He was very responsive, polite and cooperative. He and his crew worked very hard and were very respectful. We recommend them.

I have been a client of Selvin’s Landscaping for over six years, and they do immaculate hardscape work. I am a perfectionist by nature and very difficult to please, but every project Selvin and his crew have completed is better than I ever could have imagined. Over the years, I have hired Selvin to build a paver patio with matching walkway in my backyard, pour a concrete foundation for a shed, install raised beds in the front yard, and construct a custom mailbox. Before each project, I had a consultation with Selvin, who offered ideas and advice that proved invaluable. I’ve received countless compliments from friends, neighbors, and even delivery people on the team’s amazing work. Selvin's is a good landscaping company. I manage a large nursing home in Bloomingdale, and they have always taken my call, and helped us in many ways. They do our landscaping and snow services, and I would recommend them to anyone. I am having Selvin's take on even more soon by doing more flowers and landscaping around our parking lot. Recommend.

I’ve been using Selvin’s Landscaping for many years for our lawn maintenance. We recently worked with Selvin on a pergola and outdoor fireplace project. Selvin and his team did a fantastic job moving the project along, keeping me updated on progress, and working with me on any scheduling challenges. I cannot say enough about Selvin Landscaping. They did a landscape design and planting in my front and back yards. The plants are so healthy and we did not lose any over the winter. They also planted grass last year which came in beautiful. We just had mulch installed in the front and back yards and everything looks so manicured. His workers are top-notch and very professional.

Selvin and his crew installed UniLock Pavers on our driveway and walkway. We chose the Elegance Copthorne paver three color blend in a herringbone pattern. This pattern was very time consuming having to blend the pavers on site. Selvin was at our house every day to check on things. At that time he gave us updates and answered any questions we had. His crew was hard working, polite and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with and did a great job. The finished project has immensely enhanced our property.

Selvin is really easy to deal with. His guys came bright and early and were able to accommodate us on short notice for an extensive cleanup of our front/back yard. They did an excellent job!

Selvin’s did a great job of completely rebuilding a very large deck with the new synthetic wood. From the initial choosing of the new materials, colors and modifications to the old deck Selvin was just the best. He had good recommendations on all the aspects of this project. We added LED lighting and added electric outlets to the deck to support our outdoor grilling activities.. we ended up with a thoroughly updated deck that looks just great day and night.
We would recommend Selvin to anyone looking to do any type of work on thier yard, driveway, decks, etc.

We first reached out to Selvin a couple years ago to redo a concrete landing and walkway in our front yard. After our first meeting with Selvin, we decided to have the entire front yard done! Selvin, and his landscape designer Allan, are punctual, professional, experienced, and pleasant to deal with. We were so thrilled with the end result that we are now having them back to do the backyard. We will continue to work with Selvin on all things landscaping related and would highly recommend him to anyone currently looking!

Selvin's Landscaping replaced my daughter's patio last year and she and her husband loved the job they did there. So Selvin was the first call I made when we decided to replace our 50 year-old blacktop driveway with a concrete driveway. Selvin and his crew were friendly and professional from start to finish. Selvin gave us three options for how to proceed. He handled the permit application with the village and all the inspections. There were many pleasant surprises. They rebuilt a small landscape wall next to the driveway and installed a drain pipe for the gutter downspout. They filled in new dirt and laid sod (not seed!) next to the driveway. Everything was left in better shape than they found it. We could not be any happier. They were the best!

When our daughter bought her home, my husband thought hiring a landscaping company to take care of her lawn would make a perfect housewarming present. We read really good reviews of Selvin’s Landscaping.
He came out to the house, we discussed the condition of the lawn, liked his ideas and hired him. We were so pleased with the work he and his crew did, that we hired him to perform snow removal as well.

That was 6 years ago and we could not be more please. He and his crew not only maintain the lawn, they trim the bushes and even graded the backyard to keep water away from the foundation. If we have a question, concern or request, we just email Selvin and he gets back to us in a very timely manner.

I've been using Selvin for more than 10 years! His team does a nice job - great follow up with any questions - prompt, neat and timely. The team has been doing my snow removal for years too. How nice is it to wake up to a clear driveway.
