Service and installation went well, and techs were very friendly and cleaned up after the job. I did not compare or get any other quotes as I felt the service person was honest in his diagnosis of possible issues.

Always a great experience! They came on time and completed a much needed vent cleaning. Pleasant professional. They are my number 1 pick for my hvac needs!

The technician checked all the components of the furnace thoroughly. He found the humidifier attachment faulty. He fixed it, and changed the filter. It hasn't worked in quite a while, so we were very pleased. He was very pleasant and efficient.

Installation was as Justin described. The techs that did the work were very knowledgeable and represented FOUR SEASONS Perfectly and left our house clean and warm!

The technician answered every question I asked & was extremely helpful & patient! He was EXTREMELY THOROUGH! When I need service again, hopefully, whoever arrives will be as through & patient as my technician was today!

The technician did an excellent job on the furnace and then advised that he can also clean the burner for the hot water tank. The price was reasonable and so I agreed. He did an excellent job with that. I am thankful that I was privileged to have this technician.

Gas furnace tech was very polite and did well cleaning and checking my furnace. He also checked the humidifier in the crawl space. I also appreciated that he let me know my crawl space was very clean and dry with no mold, as I told him I had never been down there. Very pleased with the service.

Sam did an awesome job with the maintenance of my HVAC system. I will recommend to use his services again.

Our heater died. I called for an appt in the evening. Four Seasons came out the following morning made the assessment that we needed a new furnace and we’re back a few hours later to install it. It took many hours, but the service was great and we have heat again!

Nothing special, but gets the job done and is required to keep up with warranty. Tech did not clean up well after service was done- left insulation all over floor below attic entry.

UPDATED, 10/3/2025: I was contacted daily by Four Seasons after posting this review. When I had time to return their calls, texts & e-mails a few days later, I was asked what they could do to have me change my review online? I shared the reasoning behind my review (which had been requested by them with more than one text- I didn't seek out posting anything online). I also shared additional concerns from the most recent experience that I hadn't included in this review. I was offered 'up to $100 credit' for future services if I would consider editing what I posted.

Four Seasons is the #1 choice in home heating & air!!! My service was professional and restored my home to COLD AIR!!! They leave a contact label because they stand behind their work!!! Four Seasons is a clear choice.

The service man call to let me know he was on his way. He did an excellent job. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommend 4 Seasons

I phoned and made appointment for an electrical issue. It was a few days wait, not bad. They were to come on Saturday between 1 and 6 pm. No one showed up. They had my contact info correct as I was texted. I spoke with more than one person and was told the driver was still coming. I finally called at 8 pm at night and I was told someone would call me back to reschedule asap. It’s now Monday afternoon and I have heard nothing. Glad this was not an emergency. I will NOT be recommending Four Seasons.

Juan and his crew did a fantastic job installing the furnace and AC on a very cold day. They are very professional, courteous and hardworking. It was a very large job and took them more than 10 hours to complete. They made sure it is done properly no matter how long it took.

Great technician. Showed and explained everything that he was doing. He took the time to explain that I needed to address 2 issues to prevent future problems. I appreciated the additional assistance in pricing of the additional repairs.

Four Seasons did a great job installing a new HVAC system in our home. The sales guy, Nate gave us a great deal, was upfront with everything and is very knowledgeable about all of their products. We opted for a heat pump over a conventional AC unit and Nate got us all the available rebates out there which helped to greatly reduce the cost. We purchased a Lennox furnace (2 stage with variable speed drive). We also opted for the UV air cleaner and received a free humidifier and a Lennox digital do everything thermostat . The installers did a great job, were very respectful and cleaned up everything when finished. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. We obtained several quotes and no other company could match their parts and labor warranties and we received 5 years of free check-ups/service visits in the spring and fall.

This is a great company. Adam was my tech and did a great job. Polite, put his shoe covers on and seemed informative. Offered us a discount for duct cleaning which we will probably take advantage of. Only negative is they don't give you a small 2 or 3 hour time slot for their tech visit. They tell you between 9am and 4pm, so you pretty much have to give up your whole day.

Installers did an excellent job and explained everything to me in detail. They worked diligently and were polite and welcomed all my questions, which were answered so I could understand.
They cleaned up very well and left us without worry of any problems unforseen.
The next day your vent system cleaner was here and was excellent as well. I would certainly recommend your service people and have great confidence in them.
The only drawback was i was hoping pricing was a little bit less but I understand the cost of modern materials so not upset at all. Now let's see how well your warrantee holds up.
