Excellent job done, the sales team was very supportive And the technician was best ! Did very clean work , was very detailed oriented and made sure the work is clean and before leaving did couple rounds of testing himself. The furnace replacement job was supposed to be in 2-3 hours however they stayed more than 7 hour till 10 pm to complete the work and also replace the AC unit for me ! Much appreciated 👍

They talked me into a new HVAC system after doing a duct cleaning. My office was still freezing or boiling hot which I mentioned at every tune up to shrugs over the past year plus. My paint started peeling off the walls due to the cold. We put an endoscope down the vent to see they missed children’s books that had been put down the vent by the last person who lived here. They sent someone out and said they would put in a claim. Tech who did nothing and said we’d get a call. No call after a week. Tech had told them everything was fine and no claim had ever been filed. Put in the claim finally and waited with no call. Called again and was told they’d call me back in 72 hours. They call back and I was told they wouldn’t do anything about the items in the vent but they’d give me 3 years of free maintenance and send me an email saying that if we decided to fix it on our own that it wouldn’t violate our warranty. I also scheduled a cleaning for the following Monday (today). No one ever showed. Never received the promised email. Call and they never scheduled anything. I then speak to 3 different people, an AI, and left a voicemail to be told they had to speak to someone else to send me the email and they promise, promise (pinky swear) someone will show up on Friday. Absolutely furious. Still no email after speaking with at least 13 people so far. We spent 20k with them at least and I doubt now we even needed the new system.

EDIT: they called me back to basically just make me tell them the whole thing again and promise, again, to get me the paperwork I requested so a waste of time. Do not use these people. They will not show up and will not stand behind their work or acknowledge that they dropped the ball in any way. They do not care. Notice how all they talk about in their response it is the duct cleaning and not that fact that they do no show up to appointments, lie about wha they’re sending you, and drop the ball at every turn. Why didn’t you show up? Why do I need to talk to 15 people to get anything 25% solved?

For the price of the furnace , you would think they were sent in two technicians to take care of a job and the price that I paid they only sent in one guy and it took eight hours. The technician was great in his overall performance and cleanup was great it just the service of 4 Seasons only sending in one technician to do the install. That was very bad And unacceptable nor professionally in my perspective

My experience with Don Walter(?) was EXCEPTIONALLY FANTASTIC! I believe he went above and beyond! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He noticed a gas smell when entering my home. He encouraged me to call Peoples Gas. Kudos to Peoples Gas, too. They sent someone rather quickly. They determined a gas leak to my dryer - all because of his expertise and knowledge of his work. Although today was a somewhat stressful day for me, I received exemplary service from Dan.

Furnace was completely out of order and another company told me I had to replace. Addison provided my second opinion and was able to diagnose the real issue almost immediately - then inspected my whole unit anyways to be certain. Great experience and saved me thousands of dollars, would recommend!

I am very happy with my service, Marco was very professional and knowledgeable. Replaced my furnace with no issues, and even cleaned up after himself better then I expected. My old one went out due to age and December is the wrong month around here to not have heat. I got priced for a new one and it was installed in a few hours. Wonderful job! Would definitely recommend them in the future.

The two young gentlemen were on time and great with communication. We were probably their grandparents age. They were so patient with our technology questions. They put covers on their shoes and picked everything up before they left. They had a final walkthrough to answer any remaining questions. All working great!

Update, they reached out and said they would refund the date he came out for service.
The “one-year no breakdown guarantee” seems to mean very little. I had preventative maintenance done last week and was told everything looked good. This week, my furnace stopped working.

A technician came out, checked it, replaced the filter (with my filter — the previous one was only three weeks old), reset the rollout switch, and charged me $300. There was no repair made and no explanation for why the furnace was shutting off on safety. When I questioned the $214 portion of the charge since nothing was repaired and no root cause was identified, I was told, “It wasn’t running when I got here, but it’s running now.”

I called customer service to ask what the point of the breakdown guarantee was. They agreed I should not have been charged the $85 fee and said they would credit a portion of my bill because they believe in good customer service.

A couple of hours later, my furnace would not shut off. I called again and was told they could send a senior technician and waive the $85 fee. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to continue service.

It turns out the technician left a jumper on my furnace, which is why it was running continuously. Leaving a jumper in place can cause additional long-term issues. So in the end, I paid $300 for a reset, no diagnosis, and a mistake that might have caused further damage.

Customer service was polite, but between the unclear guarantee, charges without clear repair, and the technician error, this was not a good experience. I will not be using this company again.

I called Four Seasons for service on my furnace that had stopped working the previous night. My 7 p.m. call was answered right away by a very professional woman. Much to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment window starting at 8 a.m. the next morning. The technician arrived at around 8:45 and diagnosed my furnace. Abe, my technician gave me the results and parts needed information in plain language. After my part was delivered to my home, Ivan arrived and completed the work. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service. Thanks to the staff.

I recently had the HVAC system in my Home replaced. After a few quotes I went with Four Seasons. My installer Kacper was awesome! He kept me involved throughout the entire installation process. Kacper was very meticulous while working inside and outside of my home as you can see in the photos. Four Seasons wasn’t the cheapest quote that I received but I went with them because of their reputation. I’m glad I did! If you’re in the Chicagoland area, request Kacper for your install. You won’t be disappointed!

Giovanni did a fantastic job working on our furnace he explained everything thoroughly and gave us different options. Very friendly!

Anytemp was really great, my AC died on me, it was filtering very badly and it wasn’t turning on activating any cool air. Anytemp was able to come down and got me a new AC at a reasonable price and was able to get it done before I had to work. Not only that, but they also send a thank you package with free pens, chocolate that got melted from the heat, and gift cards to give or use for another service. I’ll recommend anytemp to my friends and family and will use their service once my heater needs to be replaced in a few years.

Angel was extremely thorough! He came out for a tune up of our air conditioning unit and walked us through each step, explaining the results and making recommendations to keep the unit running safely. Highly recommend.

Antonio came out today to take a look at my furnace. He explained everything clearly and told me exactly what's going on. He was able to fix my issue very fast. I really had a great experience with Any Temp and I will make sure to give them a call when needed. Definitely recommend!

I am not one to leave reviews but Any Temp has earned my praise. Last week I had my furnace/air conditioner replaced. Their service and crew were excellent. Pricing was very fair, the job was done same day. The crew was professional and respectful of my home.
