My HVAC system started making loud noises. Ricky came and did full air duct cleaning. He removed chunks of dust and old lint. Dryer vent cleaning improved the dryer's speed. Furnace cleaning got rid of a smoky smell. Blower cleaning fixed the noise issue. Coil cleaning helped the cooling system. He followed with Mold Treatment and UV light installation. Everything is working much smoother now.

Beware of Pines HVAC / Duct Cleaning. This duct cleaning service is worthless. I hired this company for HVAC duct cleaning at their advertised price of $239, for my 1 bedroom condo that only has 1 return air duct and 4 ceiling vents. While the technicians arrived on time, they were unprofessional in demeanor and seemed upset I wouldn't allow them to perform inspections for "additional service that might be needed". I explained to the technician that I didn't want or need additional services and only wanted the HVAC vent cleaning service performed per the order I placed with his office. He didn't even remove the vent covers and proceeded to place a large hose against one of the ceiling vents, (and in doing so damaged the ceiling paint considerably). When questioned how the other vent openings would be cleaned he said it didn't matter that all the vents are connected together. The technician then said he would wait in his car and let the machine run for 20 minutes. The technician came back, removed the vacuum tube, still never opened any vent covers, and showed me that the filter in the machine had some dust. (Of course I have no way of knowing the filter wasn't already dirty from a previous job.) Needless to say, after the technician left I opened the return air duct vent and it was full of dust and debris just the same as before this service was performed. I'm now left to hire a painter for the ceiling area that was damaged by the technician along with hiring a more reputable service to clean the HVAC ducts. Pines HVAC cleaning service is a waste of time and MONEY!!!

Even as it cooled, the air coming from my vents seemed heated. Dylan verified everything and did coil cleaning first. Heavy dust was eliminated by air duct cleaning. Dryer vent cleaning enhanced airflow. Furnace cleaning was severely needed. Blower cleaning made things run smoothly. Mold Treatment and UV light installation offered extra cleaning.

I trust Comfort HVAC/Duct Clean completely. They are transparent about their services and pricing, and they deliver on their promises. It’s hard to find such reliable service these days!

My air conditioner began producing loud noises and was not cooling the house adequately. After an inspection, I was informed that the coils were unclean and the refrigerant levels were low. My air conditioner came back to life after a thorough cleaning and recharge! It now cools faster, operates more quietly, and I've noticed a decrease in my energy bill.

Poor quality and even worse service outrageous prices for unit and parts and service calls are useless do not buy run.

Horrible customer service. They do not answer their phone. When the service man finally showed up he took his time and talked mostly small talk. My problem wasn't with the unit, but with the water pump and he told me he couldn't help me with that..... but instead of just leaving he continued to stay and explain all about it and more talking. THEN I got the bill for the HOURS that he was at my house SMALL talking and NOT FIXING ANYTHING!!!!!

Do not buy this product. You can not get it repaired without a palm pilot that Hydro Temp will not sell you. My system has been down for 2 weeks while I search for a palm pilot that will download their diagnostic program. 7 year old unit is basically useless now

Parts are not available, have to have other companies make the part. They couldn't even give us the specs on the parts to have them made. Come to find out they bought the parts from Grainger and when Grainger discontinued the parts then they were discontinued permanently. They never call you back and I wish I could give them negative stars. Heat has been out for weeks!

We have had nothing but problems with our system, it has only been installed for 3 years and we are going to have to rip it out and start over. That's $20K down the drain! We are pursuing legal action against this company - they are fraudsters.

First winter equaled first service call, 3 calls within the last two weeks and still not fixed. It is now Saturday night on Memorial Day weekend and the unit is completely out. They “offer” emergency service for outrageous rates and it apparently doesn’t matter if you have had them in and out of your house constantly or not. Terrible unit and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Hydro-Temp installed 3 geo-thermal units in my in-law's home in 1984. The house is a little over 5000 sq ft and never had a utility bill that exceeded $400. Fast forward 33 years and we had hydro-temp replace all three units based on the efficiency and longevity of the original units. Thank you Hydro-Temp!

WORST INVESTMENT EVER!! Don't WASTE your money! We bought a house with a Hydro-Temp Geo thermal system, already installed. It failed miserably so we made the mistake of having a brand new one installed, plus added new wells and glycol lines to support it. For the 3 years we have had it, It has failed at least once every 5-6 months and has cost us, every time. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on...trust me on this! We replaced 6 VFD drives, added fans to cool the unit, replaced the PLC unit and many other issues. One of the main issues was that it was extremely LOUD and sounded like a dragon in my house when it started up! Temporary fixes are their answer to every problem, while they wait for the warranty to run out so they can charge you even more. We worked tirelessly with the VP, Parts, Sales, and Service with no resolve. The only "Installer" they have, went out of business and can't be contacted. Bottom line...after the 30,000. we spent to buy the unit and have it installed, we decided to have it torn out and replaced with a much better unit!! We had to PAY another company to come and take it out and replace it with a new and expensive unit because Hydro-Temp was not willing to help in any way!! Please don't waste your money on this company and their products. You'll only be replacing them!

Unit is less then a year old. Unit has worked sporadically from May until August. Still not fixed. They have replaced nearly every component. Tried two different compressors. The dealer does not know what else to try. The dealer has bent over backwards to help us. Dealer has been here at least 20 times and as late as midnight working on it. But hydro temp does not even know what to do. Do NOT buy from this company. A year ago when we researched hydro temp was rated +4 stars. Look where they are today! 2.9. There is a reason

I would prefer not to give a star but I was not given another option. I feel the need to share my experience with hydro temp to hopefully STOP someone from making a very expensive mistake like I did. When my family built our dream home we were told geo thermal was the way to go! 10 years later I can truthfully say it’s the worst decision we have ever made. We have never made it through an entire season without a “service call” . NEVER!!!! (Not even year 1) We have NEVER (NOT ONCE) had hydro temp stand behind their “warranty”. Not in year 1, and certainly not in year 10. The service men are rude, arrogant, and very unpleasant to deal with. I started a file to keep up with what they serviced & always showed the service men their repeated actions and the history of working on the same unit, with the same problems. (Note the bills for their service calls sometimes didn’t make it through the mail before their next “service” was needed) year 9 and THOUSANDS of dollars later we decided to find a different company to help us. We quickly realized that Hydro Temp was not happy to help them and was not friendly about answering any questions they might have. Hydro temp has been a NIGHTMARE and they do NOT stand behind their equipment AT ALL. I wish we would have done more research and chosen a different company. I do believe geo thermal is a great option , I don’t however believe Hydro temp is the company to use! Very unhappy customer

This team was great ! They did a quick and great job. They stuck to the time line I said I had available. I recommend this company!!
