The service technician Ethan is excellent. He is professional, courteous and thorough. He repaired the door of our Wolf upper oven and also troubleshot and repaired the lower oven and cleaned the cooktop burners so now all work perfectly despite being 20 years old. He also had some very helpful tips about maintenance. Highly recommend him. Only hiccup was the service department only sent one gasket instead of two, which meant a third trip.

Both the technician who came to evaluate our stove and the one who came to make repairs were on time, helpful, answered all my questions, and did a thorough job. We were very happy with the service.

Rafael did a great job repairing our Wolf gas range. The bigger reason for the review was the intervention by manager Jeff (we had a situation that he resolved very nicely). Rafael was very professional and polite, told me exactly what he was doing, and wrapped up the whole repair quickly (all six switches were replaced). I would also like to thank Subzero Wolf for their customer service and advocacy.

Today I met with Ethan Kay who was performing a complete service on both our stove and frig. What an amazing job he did. Mind you first impressions count. No sooner did Ethan enter our home, he place booties on his shoes. That was a ten for me.
Well mannered and respectful he greeted me and from there it was amazing . Just a fine young man who did an awesome job on our appliances. He also went out of his way to level our stove. He did find an issue with our stove. The rear casters were stripped, so he made a phone call and was able to get an order in for new casters to be replaced and made the scheduled appointment to come back and do the job. At the end of the day, it was the level of trust that he instilled in me along with his professionalism and going out of his way to do the little extras that made me feel like this was the right company to Have our appliances serviced and maintained by Blue Skys, thank you so much for sending Ethan out to do an excellent job. I enjoy giving reviews when they are well earned and well deserved, and this certainly deserves it. Thank you again for the service that you performed after for going the extra mile for me. Greatly appreciated it. I’ll be seeing you back again soon.

Le page $100 para que fuera a ver my refrigerador si fue pero quedo de regresar y nunca volvió me canse de hablarle y textearle para que por lo menos me regresara mi diferencia ..Nada nunca me contesto muy Mal Servicio no se los recomiendo yo lo he usado varías veces y siempre le faltaban partes que tenía que llevar y nunca regresaba

Cuidado con estos abucivos me arreglo un refri, cobra 130 de labor mas las partes, me pidio 100 dolares para las parte y segun me traia la nota para ver lo que costaron, al final me cobro los 100 por las partes y una costo 9 dolares y la otra 10.98 .........Que aparte de sus. 130 de labor se agarro los otros 80 que sobraron para sus aguas ? La verdad es que no lo recomendaria a nadie

They made an appointment for noon, called them at 1:30, and they said they were "running late due to traffic". I told them not to bother coming out. Called someone else.

Wish there were 0 stars. I had to pay $150 for someone else to come fix an icemaker that they installed. Called and texted multiple times and they never responded. It’s hard to support local businesses because of service like this.

Repaired my washer/ dryer for rental property

First Company I called said get a new washer (unrepairable). I called Cruz Services and they repaired it.
Very honest, and professional. Mr.Cruz and his son were great. I was truly impressed. I would highly recommend them.
