Just finished getting my furnace inspection for the year. All went well- my 4 seasons technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and ON TIME!! That means a lot on a Saturday. I’m very happy with 4 seasons, used my discount coupon. I would recommend them for any HVAC needs

Update 9/22: A new/3rd technician came today and fixed my HVAC and Thermostat connection. Thanks you for finally getting it working after a week! Also, I’m glad I denied a $350 thermostat replacement by the 2nd technician.

My HVAC tune-up left us without it working for a day and a suddenly broken thermostat. My furnace, AC and ecobee thermostat were all working without any issues. The scheduled tune-up was done and then the entire system stopped working. After a call to technician and then the customer care, we got another technician the next day to fix it. They jumpstarted the furnace and it started working but now informing that my ecobee thermostat is dead needs a replacement.

Cameron was terrific. He was quite cordial even when enduring my non-stop yapping. Will request him for the next visit, if the company allows it.

Great customer service and great people to work with! I had an emergency backup in my house from my main line. They got in same day and delivered phenomenal service for the issues I was having.

Never call this place. The phone line puts you on hold to talk to an AI. It is nearly impossible to speak to a human. Had them out to service my furnace, it wouldn't turn on 2 weeks later. Had another service company come and they replaced a part that was "serviced" and furnace immediately worked again.

The service man was good. He knew what needed to be done and proceeded, and completed the service. Since the furnace is only three years old. I did not have to pay a fee. I am very happy with the furnace just the same

I own several apartment buildings throughout Chicagoland and needed emergency service yesterday. I didn’t realize how close Four Seasons’ Addison office was to me—I’ve used their other locations before, but when I googled it, I was glad to see they were right down the street.

Pricing was very reasonable, and I love that they don’t charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays. I’ve had great experiences with Four Seasons in the past, and this one was no different. The technician checked all the components of the furnace thoroughly. He found the humidifier attachment faulty. He fixed it, and changed the filter. It hasn't worked in quite a while, so we were very pleased. He was very pleasant and efficient.

Installation was as Justin described. The techs that did the work were very knowledgeable and represented FOUR SEASONS Perfectly and left our house clean and warm!

The technician did an excellent job on the furnace and then advised that he can also clean the burner for the hot water tank. The price was reasonable and so I agreed. He did an excellent job with that. I am thankful that I was privileged to have this technician.

Gas furnace tech was very polite and did well cleaning and checking my furnace. He also checked the humidifier in the crawl space. I also appreciated that he let me know my crawl space was very clean and dry with no mold, as I told him I had never been down there. Very pleased with the service.
