Called them this afternoon to have somebody come and check my ejector pump. The lady said that they were backed up for 3 weeks. I told her I would make an appointment and she discouraged me by saying that people that usually wait that long call somebody else so why don't you just call somebody else. I asked her if she had any recommendations and she said no just called somebody else.

I have used Kennedy for many years. Each and every time they provide service that is of the very highest quality. Unlike some organizations, it does not matter who the plumber is that provides the service because each and every one (and we have seen most if not all at one time or another) is courteous and professional on the job and their work always stands the test of time. I wouldn't call anyone else!

It's terrible when told they would return calls and never do! I understand being busy, but avoiding customers/ potential customers is bad customer service.

Unbelievable service! With all the rain our pipes got backed up and sewage came up the shower drain. The guy Pat had like 3 jobs before us all over the place. Made it out before dark cleared up our pipes cleared up the mess. Sat out in the snowy frigid cold clearing our lines without even a sigh or complaint. Unbelievable service and unbelievable personality! Lifesavers and will be calling them again for any plumbing needs!
