Absolutely wonderful company...called and had same day superior service to unclog my main sewer line. As a new homeowner, it"s good to know that there are companies that are professional and not out to take advantage of my situation. Kennedy plumbing literally saved my basement while the Chicago area was getting a lot of rain.

I had potentially 2 issues, bad toilet wax seal we already had known about and possibly more roots in main trap needing rodding.
(lots of trees in our yard so this is a chronic thing with us)

I called on a Sunday afternoon and left a message on their voicemail.
Not only did they call me back later on Sunday but were on site the next morning, Monday at 10am.
Kennedy took a look in the trap in the backyard and did some flushing etc. and said the trap flow all looked and sounded very good .
You know, they could have told me just about anything and I'd have no way of knowing either way so these are some really honest folks! It's a great comfort finding someone you can have trust in.
We had known beforehand that the seal had seen its day and it was confirmed that the toilet wax seal was actually in a sorry state so they replaced that, all the while explaining everything and answering all my questions about it, about roots, what you can throw down a toilet and what you never should and so on.
And if superior service was not enough, I was literally blown away about how inexpensive it all amounted to. I was expecting to have to pay a considerable amount more than what they charged for all the above.
Kennedy is now my go-to guys for all things plumbing. I highly! recommend to family and friends alike.

I’m sure this isn’t always the case (don’t want to set expectations too high for anyone looking for someone in a pinch), it just so happened they had someone near me already. We've used Kennedy for a couple of years now. Bad tree root problem in our main sewer. Each time we've had the guys come out has been a great experience. They guys are nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. They're not going to screw you over. They'll tell you exactly what's going on and fix the problem. This past week, Mike, Pat and Hunter came out to install a new sewer line in the front yard. They worked hard and explained what was going on each step of the way. They even entertained my questions with a sense of humor, but, provided solid information. Very happy with the work that was done at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Kennedy for any plumbing or sewer needs you may have.

They were the plumbers for our new construction home. Multiple sinks in the home leaked and had to be fixed. Our master bath had leaking behind the wall from overtightening, which caused drywall damage. Now, we've found out that our water heater was not properly setup, causing water to accumulate in the pan.

I had two blocked drains in my Kitchen sink and bathroom sink, called in the morning and Sean and Mike came out in the afternoon and cleared both drains quickly, I highly recommend Kennedy Plumbing and sewer!

Tim, Dan, and the whole crew were great. They did an overhead sewer system in our basement in less than 2 days. They were knowledgeable with the Evergreen Park village getting permits and the inspection done. Very happy with the customer service and job done.

Wow - this company is extremely customer service oriented. I've used them for probably 15 years. From the first call to state your need, to the follow-up call with a service window, to announcing when exactly the tech will arrive - great communication. The tech listened to my concerns, fixed my immediate issue, and provided guidance in another issue I was having including next steps if what he recommended failed. Not out to get your money - just to solve your issues!

Very professional and hardworking. Tim and Dan did an excellent job removing a length of conduit that we had stuck in our sewer pipe and clearing our pipe of tree roots. They had patience and completed a VERY challenging job. We will recommend to everyone we know if they are looking for a great plumber.

We called around 2:30pm today and they were at our house within a couple of hours. The woman on the phone was super sweet and helpful. The guys were nice and very professional and they were done quick- even with how bad the clog was. They aren’t unreasonable with prices (keep in mind, all plumbers are expensive…). Maybe the best part was that they didn’t leave a huge mess! Highly recommend Kennedy.

Two guys came in and they fixed my kitchen sink that was clogged , they cleaned up after themselves, and explained what happened. Very nice guys and I would definitely use them in the future and can recommend them to everyone!
