The scheduling process was a nightmare. They initially agreed on an appointment time of "12 to 4," but then suddenly changed it without warning, sending me a voicemail the night before saying the technician would arrive at 7:30 the next morning. I called around 5:20 PM to express my discontent and left a message with your answering service, which thankfully got passed on to them.

Although I was initially upset about the last-minute change, it ended up not being an issue for me. What did bother me, however, was when the technician arrived and suggested moving the humidifier from its original location. It had been working perfectly fine since I installed it 22 years ago, so it seemed like a sales pitch to me.

I asked the technician if he would be vacuuming the furnace parts to remove soot or debris, but he assured me that he would do so. Unfortunately, I never saw a vacuum machine or heard any vacuuming sounds during the entire service.

The cost was also a major concern. When I pointed out that many other firms in your business advertise similar services for $89, the technician explained that there's an additional charge for coming out and the actual service performed. This explanation didn't sit well with me.

To make matters worse, the technician told me that he didn't have the part needed for the humidifier and said he would order it. I expected to receive a message within 2-3 days letting me know when the part arrived and when Precision was ready to install it (hopefully at no additional charge).
