We’ve been using Gene’s for years to service our furnace and air conditioner so we didn’t look far when they needed to be replaced. The price was compatable and the installation team was excellent.

Gene’s Appliance gave me a fair price for 2 new furnaces and AC and the installation was timely and professional. They were courteous and extremely accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend Gene's to anyone needing a new air conditioner and/or furnace. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the professional manner of the installers. They kept me informed communicating with me as the work was being completed. They were very courteous and explained how to program the thermostat and made sure that both the Trane air conditioner and furnace worked as expected before leaving. They kept all areas clean during and after their work was completed.

Called them at 7pm because our furnace had stopped working. Explained to them what had happened and the gave me instructions on how to get it working. When that didn't work, so had someone at the house in less than 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 15 minutes.

I have been using Gene’s Appliance and AC for 3 years. The service techs know what they are doing and apply their skills. Last week I had them come out and replace my 18 year old water heater. The work was done professionally in about 2 hours, they cleaned up the area after the work was done. I will certainly keep using Gene’s to service my furnace Spring and Fall. I am very happy with their work.

We checked out all of the competitors in the area and Gene's was the most responsive and reasonable.
They arrived when they said that they would and we had our bid within hours. They were able to set up installation within a week. We were very pleased to get a Trane product installed to cool our home.

We have been using Gene's Appliances for a very long time. They are honest, professional, timely and affordable. Gene's has always been great to work with and are so responsive. We know that not only are they installing an excellent product but the service and workmanship backs it up! Most recently they installed a new furnace and A Coil. The only reason you could tell they were even here is the new unit because they left the area so clean. They explained what they needed to do because we had to have some lines rerouted. 100% will we be having Gene's take care of all our heating and cooling needs!!

Great experience! Mark was my service technician. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything he was doing, and was completely transparent with all of the work and charges. The business owners were great as well. They got me in on a days notice in a very busy season. I couldn't be happier with their service. I will be using them in the future!!

This is the second house I’ve had Gene’s install an HVAC system in. The first time it was the worst weather day all year. I left and came back to what appeared to be nothing done—who could blame them it was a typhoon outside. They left my house, on a horrible heavy rain day, completely in tact, clean, with the work completed as if nobody was ever there. Totally awesome! Not a speck of dirt, nothing out of place! Just completed a new system in a second house and it was completely the same. I can’t recommend them enough! Very wonderful to work with and very professional.

I use Gene's for my furnace and AC. They do quality work and are honest and fair. If you are looking for AC/Heating work done, call them without a second thought.

Arrived on time, work quality was good and completed in a timely manner. However the furnace operation was not correct the first try and they sent someone to check it out in a timely manner but that effort didn’t solve the issue either. When I called it in a second time they sent a couple different technicians who made some operational programming adjustments which resolved the issue and it seems to be operating flawlessly since. NOTE: my HVAC system uses the next generation refrigerant so was one of the first units of this type they installed so I feel the issues were a learning experience for them and I would recommend Gene’s Appliance and Service for anyone.

They were quick to come out and address the issue, and even with a backlog of jobs we’re able to get us in under 2 weeks. During install they were quick and efficient and made sure to explain what they did and how to use the system.

Great service, professional & fast. We were able to get a serviceman the same day as we called in freezing temps as our furnace quit. We had the pleasure of working with Mark. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, showing us things and explaining as he did them. Great person & great company. Definitely recommend Gene’s.

We scheduled an appointment for service ad our air conditioner couldn’t keep up. About 2 hours later we received a call asking if they could come out same day and help us. Of course we said yes! They were here very quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and had us good as new before the heat of the day set in. Courteous workers and a very pleasant experience. As we haven't ever really had an air conditioner issues, not sure how prices compare, but seemed like they were in line with what we needed done.
