Constraction reviews in Aurora, Illinois

These are before and after pictures of the beautiful job they did on our house! They ended up having to rebuild the porch as all the wood under the aluminum siding was rotted - we are unbelievably happy with the job they did! Highly recommend!!

We’re extremely pleased with Acosta Exteriors work on our copper bay roof. It is a piece of art! Victor & his team were delightful to work with throughout the process- timely, considerate of our property and extremely professional. The photo shows the beautiful craftsmanship that went into the roof. We would highly recommend Acosta’s for any copper work!

ice dam shingle repair good work

I needed some roof repair , so I call these people made an appointment and they never showed up.
Very unprofessional.

We called to have a vent put back on our roof. The man who answered the call was not professional. He said a repair person would be out the next day by noon. Said I didn't have to be home & he would call me when he was there. Didn't show up. Next day, husband called and was told the goy would be there in the morning. No show. At 3:00, husband called again. He was told that the man did come out and no one was home and the estimate to do the repair was $345. We were home. It took 2 days, 4 phone calls - and then he lied. Don't waste your time with them.

Outstanding service, quality and responsiveness. Highly recommend!!

Francisco was very helpful in the whole process of replacing my roof. He got my insurance to pay for my heels roof.

I had this company to repair the siding. They did a great job. They were in time, honest and very pleasant. I recommend these guys to all. I was not disappointed and you will not be disapponted either. Great service.

Very professional, done on time, good communication with client. Very happy with the roof and job that was done. Also took very good care of the surroundings of the house. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Excellent customer service, friendly, attentive staff. Had more then a few minor issues with my gutters, Velasquez Enterprises took care of the problem with out any issues. I gave them a call and they took care of the rest. I can’t express how easy and what an amazing job they did. This is one of those companies that you recommend to your love ones.

The crew did a superb job replacing my damaged siding. It took us a while to find a close color, but in the end, they pulled it off. While my color is off (not their fault), the siding fit like a glove.

Thanks for a great job!

Francisco was thorough, professional and even took extra steps to temporarily seal the hole in my roof until he could come back to fix it. He also did an extra inspection to make sure no critters had gotten inside my attic. Great work and 100% satisfied!

I used Velasquez to repair some rotted siding, replace an exterior door, replace some dented metal siding around my garage, plus paint the back of my house. They did good quality work and made good on all promises and were professional to work with.

Very responsive and friendly. Did an excellent job and communicated with me during the job of removing a chimney and repairing the roof. I would highly recommend!

***update*** After they removed my chimney the owner was kind enough to take a closer look at my roof and found there to be multiple spots of wind damage. He worked with my insurance company and now I have a brand new roof that is gorgeous!! Beautiful work again done professionally and quickly! Highly highly recommend Velasquez Enterprise!! Francisco has a great company for interior painting he can recommend!
