Constraction reviews in Aurora, Illinois

I was very satisfied to have my garage repaired by Global Exteriors. Other companies were not available and seemed that it was because it was just my garage but Global Exteriors took the job. They were quick the day of installation and it was done well. I would definitely recommend the

I recently had Global Exterior Repairs come out to replace my leaking skylight, and I'm really happy with the results. The team did solid, professional work—they showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently without any mess left behind. The new skylight is sealed perfectly, no more leaks, and it looks great. If you're dealing with exterior issues like this, I'd definitely recommend them for reliable service and good craftsmanship.

Victor and the rest of the team came to do the work on the ventilation install to the roof, they were very professional and courteous as well as efficient in their work to complete is on the same day within about 2 to 3 hours.

The support was also friendly and helpful in providing clarity to start the project. Also met my request for additional warranty on their work which was a big plus for me and renewed my trust in their work after some previous work done, the company has certainly fixed a lot of issues from the past and provided stellar performance now.

Excellent work done by Global Exterior Experts. I highly recommend working with them on your next home project. From the very first interaction, the project lead didn't just provide me with a quote but also highlighted a few areas that needed addressing, the reasons behind it, and made it clear that the job would take care of all the issues. Roof tear-off/installation and gutter install was done in two days. They even sent out the project manager on the third day to do a walk-through, verify everything was done correctly, debris was picked up, and answer any questions I might have had. Well done!

With some minor issues with staffing due to heat I know people can get aggravated and not perform up to par with stuff that needs to be done after completion I can deal with that but as for work all these guys did a great job with the install I would recommend global exteriors to all my family and friends the staffing on the planning side was excellent if I had any questions they responded immediately and if there was any issue with my project they got back to me same day to resolve any problems on their end. These are just some before and after photos oh not to mention pricing was well within my budget

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Global recently painted the exterior of my home, replaced rotted siding, and installed all new gutters—and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, clearly explaining the entire process and following up quickly on any questions or feedback. Aaron, in particular, was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the final outcome. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. I’ve also seen their work on two of my neighbors’ roofs, and both were extremely pleased. Highly recommend Global for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality exterior work.

John is simply amazing. He repaired a series of smaller problems on my inadequately installed roof (from 2019). His costs were reasonable and his expertise apparent. I will use no one else moving forward for my exterior needs. He's the best in the Western Suburbs!

Communication and professionalism was top notch. Extremely satisfied with the efficiency and quality of work!

Very happy with their work. Started and finished on a timely basis. All very professional.

Trustworthy, dependable, quality service at a fair price. Thank you Acosta for always taking care of me and my house.

Fantastic service, communication and craftsmanship! One of the best tradesmen I have ever worked with!

Used this company to repair my dads garage shingles, great pricing and 2 day turn around.

I recommend to everyone I know.

Did my roof complete take off and replace. Not one nail was found. He had a crew that came and cleaned up everything better then it was to start. Excellent work.

Victor Acosta and his team were outstanding in that they delivered as promised, on time and on budget. Their workmanship was excellent and the end result was a beautiful new roof.

We had a roof leak in December 2023 and called Acosta Exteriors (Victor) on a Saturday morning….he was on the roof inspection that afternoon and had patched the spot by Monday. A couple months later, another leak in a different spot and again, Acosta Exteriors (Dion) was on the roof within 24 hours, diagnosed the issue, and covered the area with a tarp. Victor followed up with a repair/replace proposals, shingle recommendations, and facilitated with the city of Geneva Historical District to obtain building permits.

Last Monday, the Acosta Exteriors crew stripped old shingles, discovered/replaced 10 sheets of ¾” plywood, installed 41 squares of Pristine Architectural shingles, and caulked/sealed chimney flashing. They started at 7:00am and finished in the dark at 8:30pm. Acosta (John) coordinated the team including covering landscape and cleanup to perfection.

Great job team Acosta Exteriors!

Was a great experience. Repaired and pained the deck. Painted the entire house with two colors as well as the white trim around the windows. Excellent work.

John and his team did an outstanding job with replacing the entire roof on my house. They cleaned up very well after completing the job. Great customer service. I highly recommend John and Acosta Exteriors LLC

John and his crew are incredibly professional. John listens to your ideas and provides suggestions to enhance your outcome beyond your initial plan. They are timely and efficient. John is great at communicating his schedule and provides updates when any unforeseen issues arise. I’ve referred him to others needing roof repair and we plan to have him back for another round of paint/stain on the house when it’s needed again.

After a bad storm last year, our neighborhood was canvassed by door-to-door roofers. We turned them away since we prefer to work with qualified companies with verifiable credentials. After meeting with a couple other contractors, I was extremely happy when my best friend gave me Acosta Exteriors’ phone number. John promptly inspected our roof, confirmed the damage, provided us with a good (fair) quote for a complete tear-off and replace, and then also came back and met with our insurance adjustor. While there was a delay with our insurance company, John and his crew were amazingly able to complete the job before winter set in. They were very careful with our driveway which we had just replaced last year, protected our landscaping, thoroughly cleaned up, and all in one short day! John has a well-coordinated, experienced team that works well together and gets the job done properly. We’re so happy we now have a beautiful, leak-free roof. Thanks John and Acosta Exteriors!

John, the entire family and crew are great! I will recommend them to anyone in need of a roof, or with any contractor need. They did a great job from start to finish and the roof looks amazing. Thank you to John and all of his team!

I am SO pleased I chose Acosta Exteriors as the contractor of my home siding. Turned out there was more work than just siding...couple roofing items to address, gutters, and balcony flooring, which Acosta handled seamlessly!
Victor's suggestions, problem-solving, and communication made a stressful event go remarkably well. The work team had impeccable ethics, vast experience to handle all, and were so respectful of our property.
Victor was always available, via phone or text, to answer ANY questions. That meant a lot.
He was the FIRST person on the property to fully understand the project in order to give an accurate estimate.
He was the LAST person on the property to walk through all the work and make sure we were fully satisfied and all work was completed.
I could not have asked for a better experience than with Acosta Exteriors...and I am so proud of my lovely home!
Thank you, Victor and your amazing work crew!
