Constraction reviews in Aurora, Illinois

Amazing team of knowledgeable, dependable, honest and hard-working individuals. Beautiful work on so many varying types of construction projects and build outs. Attention to detail in all aspects of their projects.

Sequoia was so professional from start to finish, kept our tight timeline right on track, and made the whole process very low stress for us so that we could concentrate on the startup of our business. We would not hesitate to work with them again! Excellent company, wonderful team of people! -Allison Smith, Club Pilates Glen Ellyn

Rubio Construction helped build my new construction home as a general contractor. They also are re-modelers. The husband-wife duo were both very hands on in the whole process on the outside, as well as providing amazingly detailed interior design advice. They will be there for you to get you what you want. I will be recommending to anyone interested in the western suburbs area.

Evan is a trustworthy partner in my home improvements. Evan was honest, expedient, hard working, and transparent about his work. I plan to work with Evan again.

**Excellent planning and execution!** My kitchen looks amazing, and the team did the work in a timely and professional manner. They offered on-trend suggestions to enhance the space beautifully. Their attention to detail throughout the project was unmatched. Highly recommend Rubio!

After meeting with Evan and Felicia Saad, we agreed on costs and plans for new flooring, lighting, complete kitchen remodel, fireplace refinishing with TV mounted above. Evan fulfilled everything on time. Felicia is excellent with design ideas. Evan and his contractors are friendly and work hard to get everything right. They make good team. We would use them again.

We had Rubio Construction LLC remodel our full bath. Evan was communicative, thoughtful and knowledgable. We were very pleased with the work and the cost. We will be contacting Rubio for any future projects.

Honest company that cares about their customers and their homes. Quality work at a fair price. I like the idea that they can do interior and exterior construction.

Top notch roofing company. They did a fantastic job on our roof and gutters. They went above and beyond the call of duty to keep us satisfied. They are very customer oriented and did a great job of cleaning up after they finished the job. 5+++ stars for sure!!!

Steve is a great guy all around and after seeing his work firsthand I can honestly say he does great job!

Steve and Mark Brengman of Fox Valley construction took a $700 deposit for remodeling work to be competed on my home. They have done no work. They will not answer calls and will not return my deposit. The deposit has been returned.
