I called two times. First one is that they said they will call me about 30 minutes before they come to my home. They never call and show up. Second one, they also said they will call 30 minutes before they come. They never call me. Some guy show up at my door. I don't understand him. I don't trust him because they didn't call me. So I'm calling other electric company.

Save yourself the time. I experienced two no-shows. My appointment was scheduled for three hours ago and when I called to cancel they didn't even say sorry.

We can’t say enough good things about Peter and his crew! We had partial power in our house, and couldn’t figure out why. We called Aurora Electric in the afternoon, and Peter came out at 5 that evening (after hours for us because we had another appointment.) We were hoping it would be simple to fix, but Peter told us we had a lightning strike or a power surge. There had been an electrical fire (that thankfully didn’t spread to our house) and there was also a live wire laying across the sidewalk and in our yard. Peter got on the phone with ComEd immediately and he also helped us start a claim with insurance. Peter had to leave, but came back later when ComEd was here replacing the power line to our home. He also did some work in the basement so our home would be safe to sleep at for the night. Peter’s son and his crew arrived at 8 the next morning and everything was fixed by 2 in the afternoon. Peter worked with our insurance directly and provided them with an itemized bill and we are only responsible for the deductible. Peter goes above and beyond for his customers and he is very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Aurora Electric, and we will use them for our electrical needs in the future. Please support Peter and his business. He is a great guy and we are so appreciative for his help with everything! Five Stars and Highly Recommend!

I want to write this thoughtful, grateful and appreciative review for Aurora Electric. Peter and his team are AMAZING! they save my home and my family life! one half of our house have power and the other half did not. I call ASH warranty company who send Ryco electric to my house. The electrician alleged that one of the circuit breaker switches was bad and he changed it and left. 24 hours later no power and no return phone call from Ryco electric. Therefore, I search online and found Aurora Electric who had excellent reviews hence mine I am writing. I call on Sunday and Peter came out in 20 minutes! He checks my circuit breaker box and he immediately shut off all power to our home as a fire was starting behind the circuit panel. he call his crew, Peter and Jose spent the next 3-4 hours replacing the burnt wire wires and my entire circuit breaker box. made sure everything was working, cleaned up behind themselves, and call the next day to check on me and my family. If you ever need any electrical work, Peter and his team at Aurora Electric should be on your speed dial list! Thank you, Peter and Jose from the bottom of our heart for saving our home and our lives.
