We called New Era HVAC because our AC and furnace were making loud, unusual noises. Bayron came out to take a look and was very professional and easy to talk to. He carefully checked everything and explained the issue in simple terms.
Another company had suggested a full replacement, but Bayron found a much simpler fix that saved us nearly $10,000. We really appreciated his honesty and expertise.

Ignacio completed a very complex project. Installed three air conditioners, three furnaces and two garage heaters. The job was done professionally high-quality equipment was used. Pricing was fair. Removed all the old units was very responsive to requests. I recommend this company without any hesitation.

Ignacio was a lifesaver! Our AC unit stopped cooling today, at the start of a heat wave. I called him just before 5pm, and he was able to squeeze a visit in on his way home; he was here about 20 minutes after I called. After reviewing the system, he determined the problem and gave me a couple options to resolve. I went with the temporary option to survive the remainder of this summer, and an hour after our problem started, our house is cool again! I will definitely be calling him to return next summer to handle the permanent fix. If you want to support an honest, local small businessman with very fair prices, give New Era HVAC a call!

Called This company and they were out the next day to provide a quote. Very professional throughout the process very patient and answering every question. I had very satisfied with the service craftsmanship. The owner takes a lot of pride in his work and image of his company clean trucks the guys are in uniforms, and I’m a very satisfied customer will be calling them again soon to service my AC unit .
