They worked efficiently, kept everything neat and orderly, and even drained the water heater as part of their thorough service. Our 25 old HVAC stopped blowing in cold air. The tech that came to our house was very knowledgeable. He was thorough, inspecting the air flow from every vent. He checked the furnace. Finally when he was sure all was in working order, he went outside and checked the unit. While my partner cleans the outside every year, it was dirt build up in the coils that caused the problem. After cleaning it, he made sure the temperature was dropping when he turned it back on before leaving. He did not do a big sales pitch but did say that the units, as old as they were, were functioning to capacity. I have used Bryan and Sons for the past 20 years as needed. They are always reliable. They also do not have a hard sell to buy new. It's a family owned business.

I recently got in touch with brian and sons for a new HVAC installation at my home I cannot express the satisfaction that this team has given me. They are very professional very responsive and very honest in their service. They truly care for their clients and provide them with best solution. I am their customer for life.

Brian and Sons Heating and AC, came to my home to put in a new HOT Water Heater, WOW, what a difference that made! Mike and Nick did a great job, and Debbie takes care of all the warranty information/registering of equipment for her customers.
I also took advantage of the 10% OFF on Performance Maintenance Agreements and had my AC Cleaned too, and they'll reach out to me in the fall to schedule my furnace cleaning.

Our father's furnance went out during the last cold spell. Being 91 years old we needed it fixed. Brian and sons came to the rescue. After making an assessment of our situation our 50 plus year old low boy furnance needed replaced. They provided temporary heating until the new furance could be installed. They were fast and professional. I would highly recommend this company. A huge thank you for all your hard work.

Technician was fine, but we were charged $100 service call fee for an urgent notification we received advising us to contact the dealer immediately. It ended up being a “glitch.” This system was also just installed in September 2025, so should’ve been covered by a warranty.

I have used Brian and Sons before and always found them to be responsive, reasonably priced, and the work is always excellent. On this occasion Nick was the technician who came out. He gave me a great explanation of what repairs were needed, and how best yo avoid similar issues in the future.

Best company around, use them for any of your Heating and Air-conditioning needs! They have saved us twice in the winter and once in the summer. The Operations Manager, Nick, is phenomenal and recently helped me through an issue with my furnace. Highly recommend them.

My tech was out at my place within an hour and a half from my initial phone call. My furnace stopped working and it was only 34° outside. He fixed my furnace quickly and the price was very reasonable! I will Definitely be using them again! Outstanding service.

I was very pleased with our technician, Kevin. He arrived at the time promised, was very courteous and professional. I asked him to be very thorough as our warranty would be ending next year. He was, and found an issue with a part that was failing. I have used Brian and Sons since they installed our two furnaces and two air conditioners almost ten years.
