I have a 30 year old furnace that still works great, but needs regular maintenance. Buchner has kept it running smooth for the last 14 years. There were a few "special" issues that needed to be addressed and required a couple trips out, but they took care of it! Thank you

My air conditioner stopped working last week. I called Buchner last Friday, and they were able to get someone out right away to take a look at it. He checked the problem and was able to repair it. Despite the fact it was an older air conditioner. I appreciate the honesty, communication, promptness, and courtesy of everyone that I’ve dealt with at Buchner. I started using them about 20 years ago when Fourseasons tried to sell me a new air conditioner, And I decided to get a second opinion with Buchner. They repaired it for about $400 and it ran for another 10 years. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Buchner installed my hot water heater three years ago. Last week it stopped working on a Friday, so I called them out. Keith quickly determined that the gas valve had broken. The part was covered under warranty, but there were none available in the area.

Keith drove to Indiana to get the part and showed up at the house on Monday morning to install the new gas valve and burner assembly. Unfortunately, that installation did not go as planned. Within a few hours, we smelled gas in the utility room. Keith was back out at 6:30 the next morning to remedy the situation with another gas valve and burner assembly. At that time, I also learned that he disassembled a water heater in the warehouse to get a new burner assembly because I would have had to wait 30 days to get the service part.

When you are working in a field service industry, things don't always go right. That is the nature of the business. Keith and Buchner went above and beyond my expectations in getting the new parts and making sure the installation was right. Honestly, when was the last time you had a service technician show up at 6:30 in the morning to fix something in your home?

I can't recommend Buchner highly enough. They go out of their way to serve their customers and stand behind their work.

We were extremely impressed by Sean and the installation crew (Mark and Cory) who did an amazing job with a very complicated installation of our new Carrier furnace and AC, including plumbing and metal work. Everything went very smoothly. They truly over delivered on all their promises and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace and AC.

A new furnace install. The installers were so good. My furnace is in the crawl space, so a difficult job. They were so professional, kind and fast. Really great service came right at scheduled time. I definitely would recommend them.

Chris was very good and he did a nice job replacing the tray and recycled the furnace to make sure the humidifier was working properly and no leaks. I will ask for him in the spring to service our AC .. A great guy

I've been using Brian & Son's since I first moved to Montgomery 14 years ago. I've neve been in a jam until today. My furnace wouldn't stay running, so I gave them a call. Inside of 10 minutes, Paul called me back and after explaining what the problem was, he told me to grab a couple tools and head to the furnace. Well, 17 minutes later, the furnace was running and it didn't cost me a dime. He could have come out and charged me for a service call, but he didn't. I've recommended them for years to all my clients (I'm a handyman), and I'm happy to say they've kept up their excellent customer service all these years.

We have been Brian & Sons customers for around six years or so. We have had many things repaired , replaced and just annually serviced through Brian & Sons. We had two furnaces and a hot water heater replaced by them and we have never had issues with any work they have ever done. The workers and owners have always been very professional, polite, and accommodating. The tricky area in my home had always been our dual zone upstairs. Brian & Sons had tried everything to repair it, coming out all hours of the night when the air stopped working on multiple occasions. We have had other companies try and figure out why it would work for awhile and then quit and no one could figure it out. Brian & Sons did all the homework, consulted with folks at the manufacturer of our system and finally offered a suggestion which has worked beautifully! Thank God!! Many other companies would have not gone to the lengths Brian & Sons has. They are always willing to ensure someone came to at least look at any problem we were having and also made sure to complete any repair as quickly as possible. We have also recommended them to others who have also been very happy. What is most important is to have a company who is honest, and care about their customers when things get difficult, and also try and do everything they can to complete the job as quickly and as professionally as possible. We are extremely satisfied with our relationship with Brian & Sons.

Technician was friendly and professional. Providing the insight of an issue with the A/C fan motor. He was also very open to Don being present while the work was being done at my mother in laws.

Crazy expensive. $225 for a visit and a cleaning. Then they tried to quote me to replace my entire HVAC system. $15k-$19k. The only issue I had was an small, obvious leak with my AC.

I had a professional come out for a second look. He located the leak, replaced the piping to fix the leak, and recharged my AC. It's now running like new for $650.

Note: The tech that came out from B&S was awesome, but I'm not ever using these guys for anything ever again. Outrageous pricing.

After response: no, your cost to find my leak was $330, fixing it was an additional charge which was undisclosed, and on top of that was the cost to replace the refrigerant which was over $660.

Your tech told me that he recommended I put the cost to fix everything towards a new unit. Asked if they could provide a quote. I said sure, why not. Your quotes came back at that price.

$220 to come out and spray my unit down is silly, let's not act like it isn't. The professional I had out after your company did it for a fraction of the cost you quoted and told me not to even consider a new unit. The professional I used told me that at your pricing you were easily netting $7-$10k in margin from the sale.

Very disappointed.

Mark serviced my AC today & did a fabulous job! He was personable, respectful, and completed his work in a timely fashion. I can always count on Brian & Sons for great service!

I was looking at reviews and was saddened by a bad review from a past customer. I have used Brian and Sons on several occasions and have had nothing but the best customer service and quality of work. Among services received are water heater replacement and install, furnace install, air conditioner install, and duct cleaning. Each time we were met with professional and courteous employees. We have been very satisfied with the all of the new products in our home and would definitely recommend Brian and Sons to everybody.

A contractor I use recommended Brian and Sons to install a new furnace and a/c a few years back. They did a great job and I have them do my yearly service. Their techs are always on time, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with the units they installed. I highly recommend them.

We originally called Brian and Sons out when we had problems with our furnace this past winter so didn’t hesitate to call them when our air conditioner sounded odd. Both times they came out quickly and repaired professionally. Everything was explained and completed quickly. The service men were friendly yet professional.

Great service. They were able to fit me in the day I called to look at my ac. Nick took the time to explain what was wrong with my ac unit and was able to repair it that day. Love that I received a follow up call from Joy to ensure I was happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Brian and Sons was extremely helpful. Our AC wasn't working properly when we woke up in the morning and we had someone out, who had it up and running before it even got hot out, that day. The technician kept us informed of what was going on, what the problems might be, and was transparent about costs. We were very pleased with their services.

Called for some rattling in my outside A/C unit. I put an online request in. She called me and had someone out within a few hours. Extremely nice, professional, explained everything in layman's terms. A/C seems to be working fine now. I really appreciate the response time.

Adding to my original review. Brian and Sons called me about scheduling my maintenance, which I appreciated because I forget these things and it was part of my maintenance plan. I was able to schedule at a convenient time. My Tech was very nice, very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

We’ve used Brian and Sons for several years and have been happy with our service each time! Our furnace went out this week and they had it replaced within 24 hours of their initial visit. The technicians are always professional, kind, and honest.

I just had them put in a new AC great pricing and customer service. The techs were amazing and explained everything and answered all our questions. Brian and Sons never disappoints you.
