I Trust Youngren's .... there are a Dozen or more HVAC Companies out there, but Youngren's installed and now service our furnace, Honest and Quick, IDEAL Company with friendly, knowledgeable Technicians.... A+ Rating in my Opinion !!!

Hugo was very knowledgeable and a very pleasant guy. He knew what he was doing and took care of our furnace in a very short time. We are very pleased with the service.

Overpriced with bad customer service. Could give zero if possible. I saw the 4.9 ratings and reached out to the company. Their rate was higher than the competitors and I assumed its because of their higher standards and good products. Turn out their customer service is really bad. We had an AC unit installed in April 2025 and on the contract, we were told we will get $200 in rebate with in 4-6 weeks. It’s been over 4 months, I keep calling them and no one gives an answer. I keep hearing it’s gonna be any day now… guess what- that’s day hasn’t come yet. Very bad customer service- save yourself don’t go of this fake reviews and save your self some $$$.

Very satisfied! Sorry cant remember technicians name, but he was awesome! Found several bird nest in the pipe. Entire service from calling in to completion. Definitely will use Youngrens in the future!

I have used Youngrens for many years. . I’ve always had good service. However, this time I was given a window of three hours 12 to 3 o’clock pm . The technician arrived at 3:45. I know this might sound petty, but I would prefer an appointment time rather than a window. He told me traffic was very bad. And he also came over wearing his big construction shoes and brought no booties to cover them. I have carpeting and I did let him in after he wiped his feet but I think these days most companies know this is something we expect when you come into a customers home. I do not even wear shoes my own home. Anyway, his name was Conner and he was very nice and thorough. .

Very fast response. Very polite and professional person arrived quickly. Made repairs and even cleaned the dust out of the Boiler with out being asked to. Great job

I was awakened at 4:45 by a continuous, screeching furnace. I thought it could blow up or start a fire. Called Youngrens and left a message. They came at 8, bad motor, and gave me my options. I got a new furnace and air conditioner the next day. We have had Youngrens for over 50 years for our heating issues. Professional, honest, great work , clean, friendly, and helpful. Thanks.

I was told by previous HVAC company the humidifier attached to my furnace was old dirty and inoperable. I hired Youngren to replace it. The Tech came, inspected it and said it worked fine, the filter was new, and was just missing tubing. Suffice to say your word is everything. I will trust Youngren with all of my future needs.

Absolutely a great company for home service and repairs to heating and air conditioning! My furnace and air conditioning stopped working. Youngren’s sent out their serviceman named Andy, this guy was great! No only did he find and repair the “problems “, but also kept us informed each step of the way, he resolved our problems in less than an hour… Great Company and Serviceman!

Fantastic company. Furnace started making noises signaling an issue. Called to schedule a visit. Colton came out less than an hour later, diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. He made a quick run to pick up the part and it was less than 3 hours after the initial call to get everything fixed and running as it should be. Would definitely recommend!!

I had used Youngrens in the past at my residence with fantastic results… so when I had two Sterling commercial heaters go out at my commercial building, Youngrens was my first and only call. Appointment was made, technician arrived perfectly on time, and repairs were completed on this same visit. Fantastic service, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Quick and professional service. Tom (Sales) responded to my request for a quote by coming over the same day and provided a detailed proposal with multiple options which he explained completely. The installation happened a couple days later and was flawless. The technicians were both very experienced and did a beautiful job with the installation. I took notice of how careful they were not to damage my walls or floors as they move the old furnace out and brought the new one in. They answered all of my questions and left me feeling like I had made a good decision by choosing Youngren’s. Highly recommended!

Great and helpful service from beginning to end. Love the spring/fall annual service program that comes with a warranty! Joseph P was excellent and patiently explained what needed to be addressed on our units and why. Very knowledgeable and friendly!

The entire team was great to work with. Starting with Sean who made the purchase of our furnace and ac unit as easy as possible. He presented us with our options in an easy to understand digital format. The night prior to the installation an email was sent with the names and pictures of the guys that were going to install. The day of installation everything ran smoothly. The guys arrived at the scheduled time and were completely at the estimated time. They were very thorough, tidy, and had great customer service. I highly recommend.
