Always there when needed and fast service. I been using Marco now for 10 plus years.

Unfortunately, Marco and his team did not take responsibility for damage that occured when they were performing a maintanence check. The humidifier pipes attached to the furnace were left unattached and water wetted carpet, carpet padding and floors. I had photos and statements about what occured but State Farm did not help with payment of replacing wet padding and relaying carpet. Marco and Maximum Heating, of course, blamed it on something else and also claimed I had plumbing work done which caused the problem. I had NO plumbing work done. The water issue was strictly from the unfortunate humidifer disconnect. It's too bad that people don't take responsibility for their mistakes.
Also, we have been working with Marco for the last several years and when an appointment is made it is not always kept. I have waited many hours and Marco has not shown up for our appointment. Sometimes he's hours late - sometimes he doesn't show up at all. Then the next day he explains he had a family emergency and apologizes for not not calling. In the meantime I waited! This is not ok!

The owner and his team have been very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them and I look forward to hiring them again for future services.

I called late one evening for service, and they were out the next morning. They fixed the problem same day, and were in communication for scheduling and with updates via text. I have used Maximum Heating and Air for several years and they are very easy to work with.

Signed up for their 2 year plan, they give options on payments unlike the other companies we have used whre we had to pay fully up front. Every worker has been so friendly and professional, the owner has even come to the house! Love to have a local family owned business that I can rely on! Would recommend to everyone!

Maximum is my go to for any of my heat and air issues at home and in my commercial properties. They always respond quickly and have never let me down.

My furnace stopped working January 19, 2025. I was given their contact information and I am so thankful for it. When I called to explain what was going on, Marcos was very helpful and professional he was able to send somebody within 30 minutes to check my furnace. In my case, I had to replace my whole furnace because it burned and they were there the next day with the new furnace and the setup was completed the same day. They did an awesome job.

During the first few hottest days of this year, our ac wasn't working. Marco's came out and within a short time had my AC running nice and cold. Juan and Jesse were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would call them back easily for any HVAC problems

I have used Maximum Heating and Air Conditioning a few times now when having HVAC work done on some rental properties. They have been quick and responsive every time with good communication. Pricing was fair too, I plan to keep using them in the future!

Worked with them couple year ago installed a new furnace left the door to the closet with out installing and wouldn’t close owner/supervisor came back made it right but when asked the people who worked on it they said I wanted to move it so what was the point which it was a questioned that I asked and never said it would be done any time soon. A year or so later we’re having issues because it wasn’t properly installed and didn’t inform of us new thing needed when installed first. All the times we scheduled for an appointment they never showed on time. Mail box is full and they don’t pick up. Takes them a very long to return call. Sworn person that came by was really nice but the only one that gives quotes is the owner/supervisor doesn’t really speed up the process. They had decent review and very disappointed they didn’t meet those reviews with us. Still waiting.

Maximum Heating & Air Conditioning replaced our water heater. They were able to come out and help us right away. Marco & his team are knowledgeable, caring & they do great work. Oh, it was also a great price. We've used them a few times in the past & we will continue to go with them!!

We had a terrible experience with this company and are still finding issues from the little work they did before we found a different company to hire. They threw away parts of our brand new furnaces that we needed, hooked up the AC units incorrectly, cut electric wires (and left them live!) that should not have been cut, etc. What a mess! Employees were even so lazy as to bury the plastic wrap under the AC unit pea gravel instead of walking the plastic wrap to the trash can. AC units were not level, we had to fix and purchase more pea gravel, etc. I do not wish this headache on anyone. Our contractor suggested them and I would never ever recommend them. Employees should not be trusted to do any work unsupervised.
