aurora heating & cooling provided excellent and fast furnace repair service. i spoke with axel, who came by to check out my old furnace that needed replacing. just a few hours later, he returned with his team and quickly installed the new furnace. axel explained which models would work best for my home and even registered my new unit for an extended warranty. he sent me all the paperwork by email and made sure everything was tidy before leaving. my house is warm again, just in time for the cold aurora weather. overall, the service was above my expectations and i would definitely call them again for any heating needs.

We started using Aurora Heating & Cooling for our HVAC system inspection when we bought our pre-owned home, and since then we've had them do regular check-ups twice a year. The team has always arrived on time and given us detailed reports about our heating and cooling equipment. When our air conditioning stopped working a few weeks back, they quickly sent Axel out the next morning. He got everything running smoothly again within a couple of hours. During the repair, Axel pointed out that our out-of-warranty compressor was wearing out and might fail soon. With prices going up everywhere, we decided it was a good idea to upgrade to a brand new variable speed HVAC system with advanced air filters that help clear out viruses and bacteria. Jonathan took the time to explain all our options, and we appreciated how knowledgeable he was about ways to improve our air quality and energy efficiency. The installation crew showed up right on schedule. They removed the old system and installed the new one, working diligently to finish everything and clean up the area by the evening. Afterwards, Chris walked us through how to use our new system, including the digital WiFi thermostat, all the settings, and the 12-year warranty—which is much better than the five years we got from our original system. We’re very satisfied with our new, more efficient HVAC setup, and feel confident knowing it’s covered by a long warranty and reliable service. We plan to continue using this team for all our heating and cooling needs.

I highly recommend Maximum Heating & Air Conditioning. My 16 year old air conditioner died at the end of the summer. I was hoping to get a discount since I didn't expect late September to be a popular time for air conditioning installations. Marco was very patient. He explained all of the options with me and the pricing was very competitive and transparent. No hidden costs or charges. I ended up replacing the furnace, too, since it was equally aged and it would be cheaper to do them at the same time than to wait for the heat to go out in the cold of winter. The installation was flawless and the employees were very competent and respectful. I will be referring family and friends to Maximum Heating & Air Conditioning.

They then shared with me the soonest they could send someone out to provide an estimate was 4 days from the time of their assessment. I told some friends this who then provided a referral to Maximum Heating Air and Marco was out within 2 hours of me speaking with him over the phone. He did a great job explaining everything and provided options for me on the spot. We agreed to move forward and he sent his team out at 8:30 a.m. the next morning and had the new system installed by 1 pm. The entire team was friendly, provided options, completed the job thoroughly and fast. I would highly recommend using Maximum Heating Air.

I dealt with Marco and I had a great experience. My furnace went out on a Friday late. I called several companies one being Maximum Heating.
When I call Maximum Heating they did not answer. Then I called a second company and I made an appointment. Shortly after Marco from Maximum Heating called and said he would come within an hour. I called the other company and cancelled the 1st appointment. Marco was there as he promised. I noticed he wore shoe covers. I loved that he was concerned about keeping floor clean. He fixed my furnace quickly and the total cost was very reasonable & no extra cost for after hours. The job site was very clean. He followed up with me a couple days later to make sure everything was ok. I was impressed. I never had a contractor call for follow up. At the follow up call, I found out they are a small family owned business and they have experience with insurance work. I would definitely recommend them.

He came out and looked at everything and gave me a quote on a couple different models and explained the differences in each model. He was answered all my questions since I knew nothing about hvac. I had another company check my furnace and recommended repairs in my furnace totalling $700. Marco checked my furnace and found that the previous repairs were not needed. Very professional and organized he explained everything to me about the estimate gave me lots of options to choose from. The installation went smooth I was very happy with the team that came in to do the boiler replacement. I also had a chimney liner installed. I will be adding 5 radiators 4 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 2nd floor with in a few weeks. MARCO and his team will also be doing the radiator work. I recommend maximum heating and AC. They went above and beyond with all the work they did for me thanks again very much appreciate it.
