Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Dave arrived quickly and fixed our problem the same way-very thorough too. He also made sure to have a mask on when checking our furnace, which everyone at home appreciated. I highly recommend giving him a call, especially during this hot summer in the Chicagoland area!

My furnace stopped working on the new year. Dave picked up the call and scheduled appointment in the next couple of hours the same day. He guessed the issue right over the phone and got the parts that is needed to fix the furnace . A very friendly person with full knowledge of the equipment and superior service. If you are looking for great service at a fair price this is your choice. I have had Dave out to my new home twice already as my two air conditioners have taken turns with mice damage. He is happy to show you exactly what's going on and it shows he has many years of experience.

Dave offered to come out on the day of my phone call. Not needing emergency service we choose to schedule on a Saturday morning. Dave arrived on time and went right to work. Dave diagnosed the problem within minutes of arrival and had my ac up and running shortly after. He was fantastic with my nosy dogs and displayed a knowledge of HVAC systems one only gets from years and years of experience. His pricing was fantastic and much lower then other companies we've had in the past. Dave's professionalism has made us a life long customer. I highly recommend Dave for all your HVAC needs.

Dave is absolutely the best. He has gotten me out of a few pinches over the last few years with my furnace and AC. Over the summer or AC went out while we were out at my daughters High School Graduation. Dave came by, fixed the AC and was done before we even got home. Came home to a cool house for our guests. Super knowledgeable and never over charges you for his work. I would recommend American Heating to any and everybody in the area.

Dave is great to work with and great service. Replaced our water heater. It went out on Saturday and could not be replaced until Monday. He was in contact with us every step of the way to make sure we were OK. Followed up the day after installation to make sure it was working properly. Would definitely recommend.

I woke up with the house down to 57F and a furnace that would not stay on. I called Dave around 7am and he was at my house quickly to help me. He poked around the furnace to diagnose the issue and then he determined the problem was from a broken part. Dave drove to Lombard and back to my house in Aurora for the replacement part because it was uncommon and not in stock anywhere closer. He got the part installed and we had a functional furnace again, just in time for sub zero temps. I very much appreciate the job he did and the quick response. I will call him again with my heating and cooling needs.

Recently, my furnace began making an odd sound, and I am thankful for him for what he did not do. He did not charge me for a visit, and while it is probably time for my 20-year-old furnace for an upgrade, he did not tell me it needed to be done ASAP or else my family would freeze. Remarkably, while he was looking at my furnace, he noticed that my recently purchased and installed water heater was leaking, and he saved me even more $ because I immediately contacted the company that installed it. They did a superb job installing a radiant tube heater system in our warehouse in Aurora. We experienced a slight issue with the heaters making noise after being set up, but they promptly returned and worked tirelessly alongside the factory rep to resolve the problem. They wouldn't settle for anything less than perfection. They also maintain our entire HVAC system at the warehouse and have serviced my personal HVAC system at home. outstanding rapid service. the communication was top-notch, and they paid great attention to detail. my furnace, though functional, was diagnosed by chris and axel as needing condemnation because of a perilous cracked heat exchanger. given it was a winter emergency, they were able to return the very next day to install a brand-new hvac system at a reasonable cost. the takeaway here is not to procrastinate on your furnace maintenance until winter. i was fortunate to discover a fair and honest heater repair service. in the words of my tenant: 'jonathan and his team were absolutely amazing today. what a fantastic heater repair service!'
